After picking up my car from this place it took months that my car hadn't got fixed. When I was finally was able to get my car back after 3 months not being completed when it should of been fixed with no exceptions. They did not fill back up the antifreeze after draining it out, so my car started over heating and now its leaking from the transmission coolant line that connects to the side by the radiator. Aswell my radio no longer wants to turn on anymore. Aswell my alignments are off so bad as steering while driving after picking it up my car It was swerving to the right and hard left which made it dangerous leaving the garage. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION!

I pulled over near a QT, unsure of what to do. A kind gentleman approached and offered his assistance. As a woman with limited knowledge about engines, I felt quite uneasy. His team performed a diagnostic and recommended replacing the water pump, thermostat, and completing a radiator service. CAUTION: WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, OVER CHARGE YOU, AND BLAME IT ON YOU. I took my car in to have the transmission replaced with one that was almost new, having only 30,000 miles and even included a warranty. To start, they told me that the car would be ready in 2 days. Even though every other mechanic told me that the job would only take the afternoon, I decided to go with them because it seemed like the most cost-effective option. I dropped the car off expecting it to only take 2-3 days, but it was an additional 3 days late, and they did not answer any phone calls or texts. Once I picked up the vehicle, I drove it with the owner of the shop and told him that the vehicle shifter felt strange. He assured me that it was nothing to worry about, but 50 minutes later, the car broke down again. I took it to a different transmission mechanic to have it looked at, and they told me the issue was improper installation. The shift cable bracket was installed backward, which Google lists as "Avoid driving your vehicle if it has a faulty shifter cable because it increases the risk of accidents." Along with the incorrect installation, they ended up charging me almost $400 over the quoted price. I brought the issues up with the owner, and he told me I bought a defective transmission, but the other transmission shop told me that the transmission was fine. They said the transmission was not reprogrammed (which I paid them to do) and was installed incorrectly. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Took my truck in to have the rear main seal, door hinges adjusted and my output shaft seal replaced. I got the truck back with disconnected wires causing light issues, disconnected bolts, still leaking from my output shaft seal. Not to mention the main leak I needed fixed coming from the top of the engine remained. I took the truck back and the wrong was fixed, and the owner stated the seals look “good” so he then suggested to do the valve cover gaskets. I had to go get my own parts and deliver them to the shop. They did an oil change with the materials I brought them. I have a witness stating some malpractice during my oil change I will save the details for the day I need to present. I got the truck back again. Leaks still happening from top of engine and output shaft seal. After a diagnostic from an accredited mechanic the leak was a fuel leak from my fuel filter housing NOT an oil leak… he then inspected the output shaft seal and it was all chewed up and appeared to be put it by a framing hammer. It was then removed and ended up not being the correct seal, appeared to be damaged during installation and was not greased whatsoever. I contacted the owner once again to receive nothing but push back and he told me it was under warranty….. yet he said it was good but still leaking and tried to make me buy a new yoke and tail housing. People that know him exposed his shop practices and have been documented for future investigation on this issue of business malpractice. Each payment is required to be a cash transaction and only received a receipt for half the work. I hope this gets addressed sooner than later as this is my first stop to bring attention to this continuing issue.

Heading to San Antonio and we had a fuel pump issue and we couldn’t go anywhere and were stuck on a two lane highway in traffic and they pulled over and they pulled us by rope until we could get of the highway to a gas station and stayed to try to help us figure out what we needed to do.
