Chris was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I had taken my truck several places for a balance and alignment to correct a shaking issue. None of them fixed the problem. Wichita Tire & Alignment was the only place to do it the right way and correct the issue. Highly recommend.

Hey Just a Heads up ! If You need Tires and a Alignment ! Go to Wichita Tire and Alignment ! These Guys are Awesome ! Chris Kratzer and his Staff were Great when I was getting ready for a Trip to Omaha Nebraska and I needed to replace the 2 front Tires and have a Alignment done ! They recommended the Tires the tires I bought ! Thank You Chris as the Tires You Suggested exceeded what I thought ! Thanks to Wichita Tire and Alignment Our trip was Pleasant and Safe ! They did an excellent job. The first time I came for my trailblazer I was told my control arms were bad and I needed new ones before they could do the alignment so I got that done on my Trailblazer and then came back for the alignment. My Trailblazer runs like new again and I could not be happier.

Great customer service, quick and professional work at reasonable prices! Had to reschedule my original appointment for new tires, as Wichita T&A had to order them since my car (88 acura legend) has an older size tire. A slight hassle for me, as I live outside Wichita, but Chris (the owner) worked with me to setup a new appointment when the tires arrived two days later at a time that worked for everyone. Quick service, little over an hour, for replacement and balance of new tires along with an alignment. The alignment was the first I've had on the car in years that was properly done. It drastically improved the handling of my car. Price for everything was quite reasonable. Will definitely return when I need tires again!

Chris was very helpful and went over several pricing options with me. Easy financing available too because sometimes we're not prepared for those unexpected expenses. Got my tires put on in a timely manner and even received a text a few days later to make sure my car was driving smooth!

On a recent trip to Wichita Kansas to pick up our sons suv, we unexpectedly needed a set of tires, front end alignment, and oil change, before returning to Texas. We wish to thank Chris and his team at Wichita Tire and Alignment for their great customer service and attention to detail. Our suv ran beautifully on the way home, we absolutely love the tires, the ride was comfortable and quiet on the 400 mile trip. Also, The BG "tune up in a can" fuel additive really worked, We got 13 mpg on the first tank and 17 mpg on the last tank of fuel on the trip. We wish that y'all were closer, we would continue to do business with you always. Keep up the good work and we will definitely stop by next time we are in Wichita Kansas. Thank you. Mike

I called the same day and he made time to get me in for an alignment as well as advise me for a new piece and a free alignment if I come back to him! He was amazing and quick for such short notice. I definitely found my car shop!

Had to take a trip and needed an oil change, told them to make sure I was highway ready and they found that I needed belts changed asap. Got them taken care of and my car ready that same day. Wonderful experience!

Stand-up guy. Honest and fair. Don’t think we will go anywhere else for alignments. I got one or two more need done in the near future. Chris won’t take you over the coals, or try to tell you things you don’t need. Support this excellent local business. You won’t be disappointed.

They hit it out of the park again! Brought in my 1998 Tacoma that I put a whole new suspension on and within 3 hours of bringing it in, they had it back in spec. Trucks steering wheel is tight again with no slop and I can easily steer with 1 finger.

I hit a brick and busted a tire on my truck. The next morning I called Chris at WT&A and they were the only ones in town that had my Hankook tires in stock. Dropped it off and I was expecting it to take a while. Got a call about 90 minutes later to come pick it up. Good as new. The crew and service are amazing. THIS is now my tire shop from now on.

Needed an alignment for my truck, took it to two different shops in town, and after 4 attempts at getting it aligned correctly they couldn't get it right for some reason. Well with a crooked steering wheel and a hard pulling tonthe right I brought it to these guys! Had it fixed and driving like it's supposed to in a short time!! Definitely recommend! Save your self the frustration! Go see them first!
