Wheels Automotive Repair and Smog was great. Marcos answered each call and greeted us with exceptional customer service each interaction. This shop is family owned & run. I got my car smogged & was in and out within 45 mins from start to finish. Friendly & affordable, almost unheard of these days! Thanks so much for a seamless, quick, and pleasant experience!

I took my car here to fix,I clearly told them, is the motor mounts ,so they said leave it over night so we can hear it in the morning, next day ,after 9am I call them just to tell me it was going to cost me over $1000.00 to replace the motor mounts, I said no al pass on that, I said I'm going to pick up the car and he said you have to pay $120.00 ,I said for what you didn't do a thing to the car he said yes a diagnostic and I said yes the diagnostic I told you at the beginning, they forced me to pay for nothing, or should I said a joy ride, yes they put 4 miles on my car, so now you know, pay for something that they didn't do and charge you more than double..what shame ..

I knew my os2 sensor had went but the diagnosed a bad fuel injector, fortunately it had a lifetime warranty when they replaced all the injectors a few years ago. The amount of time and understanding that they put into satisfying the customer just goes above and beyond what you see at other automotive shops...they actually listen to the customer. I will come again and recommend this shop to anyone. This shop thrives to continue the standards set by their grandfather, who started this business. They are the best!!!

Took my wife's acadia there for an ac problem. The problem was diagnosed within 2 hours. Once the part was received it took half a day of repair but for a small shop and having to disassemble most of it and also work on other customers vehicles I'm not complaining. Service is great customer interaction is great. Highly reccomend this shop

me and my husband have came to this shop more times than we can count on both our hands but everytime theyve seen our cars they are honest providing pictures and videos diffrent options and most of the time calling within the same day about our diagnosis and price

It is very hard to find a honest and thorough mechanic. I have taking my vehicles to the shop I also take my mother's car to that shop and my younger sister's car to that shop. The management again is very honest and returns your vehicle in a reasonable amount of time

Not too enthused by this place. Guy was very high priced for minor services. Had person do extra work for me and he didnt do it... As long as my vehicle doesn't break down it should be fine i guess.
