I called in for a single tire sadly they didn’t have what we where looking for but thankfully Omar was very helpful and gave us a few places to look at and we did end up finding a tire very good customer service would recommend

Runs a terrible business, went at 11 to get my Acura tlx tinted told me to come back & bring the car at 12pm and vacuum it ???? So I went there at 12:05pm and was told it will be done 2 to 3 hours went there at 3:45 told me it will be done in another 2 to 3 hours to be there by 5:45 so i went and waited for 24 minutes the Buisness was closed had to drive all around the world to different Buisness for him to tell me I was lying and the car been there. I requested a refund and most Buisness owners would’ve been professional enough to understand and issue the refund especially I had to drive from Cleveland Tennessee which is 30 mins there & 30 mins back so 3 hours of driving back and fourth and it took 6 hours to tint the car. & on top of that I brought the car with 290 miles left to empty got the car back with 250 miles left so that tells me he went joy riding in my car and things I don’t recommend. Owner is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to run a business. Especially $890 dollars you expect exceptional service and this was far from that!

David was super sweet and helpful with changing our tire when we had a blow out on the interstate. Even though they were finishing up their last customer and past time too close, they helped us with no complaints or hesitation! Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Got a new radio after going without one for almost 2 years. Great experience, good price. Everything works as if it’s factory from apple car play to hands free phone & even had a bad speaker they just threw in a new one for me. Glad to have tunes again

I needed new tires for my Camry and I was on my way to the tire shop and passed wheel zone and I decided to just stop by and check them out. I had no intentions on purchasing anything, just wanted to check them out. I was greeted by a beautiful young girl at the door as soon as I walked in. She interdicted to to their wheel and tire tech and he was super educated and nice. He showed me what’s available for my Camry but in my head I was like there is no way I can afford this such nice stuff. It’s like a candy store in there. Millions of dollars worth of inventory. When he told me the price I couldn’t believe it, so I asked again. Is that for 4 wheels and 4 tires? He replied yes, and included installation with lifetime warranty on the structure of the wheels and rotation of tires for life.I was amazed! I automatically placed my order, so I asked when will the wheels and tires be shipped in? He replied, we have everything in stock ready to go! He said our car will be ready within the hour! I definitely had the best experience anyone could ever imagine. Highly recommend this business over any wheel and tire business in Dalton. A must check out business!

Purchase new set of Mayhem wheels and Nitto Tires off road tires! I checked at every wheel and tire store for a good deal and who was able to mount them up same day. Everyone was either too expensive or just didn’t have what I like in stock ready to go. I’m extremely happy with the deal I got at wheel zone, and they had me ready to go within 2 hours. Their customer service it top notch and they had a huge selection of wheels and tires ready to go. I highly recommend wheel zone in Dalton Ga. They also have car audio and stereo systems so I’ll definitely come back and purchase a stereo system for them as well!

Got a new stereo system installed in my 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood. Been to 4 stereo shops and no one wanted to do it. Wheel Zone gave me the best price and professional service same day! This was an awesome place to purchase car-truck accessories. I purchased new wheels, tires, and a stereo system for my 2021 GMC Denali 2500 truck. They had everything in stock when I made the purchase. I didn't have to wait like everyone else I tried before them. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to upgrade their vehicles. They aren't the cheapest, but they are the best, hands down.

Took my 2021 Ford F-350 for a complete stereo system up grade, and man they did an awesome job! I only wanted the best to work on my truck and after researching and visiting wheel zone, I realized I found who I wanted to use for my truck. Took my car in to get a new sound system installed. The owner helped me personally and made sure he had his best guys working on it. Had it done in no time flat and I couldn't be happier with what I got. I am absolutely planning on taking my car here again for any future service.
