I took my car in for a flat tire. I filled it before taking it in so I could drive it. I told them how low it had been and asked if they could check it out. I told them I needed it checked because I work two jobs that I can’t afford to take off from. They didn’t put it up, just looked at it and said it was good. I woke up this morning with a flat tire. So I had to call someone else to come and fix it.

I recently brought in my car because it was overheating. My family and I have been using wheel works for over 15+ years because of their reliable service. John and his team went above and beyond for me. They had to rebuild my cooling system due to many leaks and faulty equipment. They also did me a solid and found some other outstanding faulty parts associated with my drivetrain and sourced parts directly from ford. John and his team took great care of my car and got me back on the road in no time. As with any car service shop these things take time, but their service is prompt, reliable and they keep you updated in a timely fashion as they make progress. I will be coming back to this location for any of my car service or repair needs.

I had an appointment at 7:30am and dropped off my vehicle off around 7:15. Received a call after 10:15am stating that they weren't able to do the alignment. That was fine, I asked them to take care of my brake fluid exchange since they emailed me about it which they said they would. Called them at 1:15pm and they said they call me back with an update. No call back, so went there after 3pm and my truck was sitting in the parking lot. They didn't even start working on it and I would of had to wait another hour for it. I told them to give me back my keys. Over 8 hours on premise and nothing was done...ridiculous.

Made an appointment to drop off my car two days in advance, thinking that the whole purpose of an appointment actually meant they'd honor the appointment time. Instead I was told it would be 2 hours (maximum) to do a very basic flat tire check and advise on repair/replacement. No call after 2 hours to even update me. Finally called them, was put on hold, and then told they hadn't even started working on my car yet. When I asked how long, I was told it would be ANOTHER two hours, but that my car was "next." Came in 30 minutes after the follow up call, hoping to see my car on the rack, only to find that they STILL hadn't even started working on my car. When I asked what happened, and why appointments were not prioritized, I was told that they were "having a sale and had a lot of cars." Staff was not at all apologetic for the delay, they all just seemed bored and indifferent. People make appointments for a reason, have jobs, and don't have all day to sit around and wait due to inaccurate/misleading information. When the guy finally came in to update me, they "didn't have a match" and I'd have to wait another 24 hours. It was like pulling teeth to get information about what my other options were besides leaving my car another 24 hours just to get a tire. Finally I had to say, "I could really use your help here." It just didn't seem like they really even knew what they were doing. I definitely won't be taking my car back here.

11am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. 5pm no call so called them and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. 6:15pm car is still not ready because they are out picking up the specialty oil. Once they get back another 10 minutes. Done at 6:30pm on a Sunday with an 11am appointment.

* Do not go here they take advantage of senior citizens!!! And damage your car. *I am writing an email on behalf of my mother who is 78 years old. My mother does not have an email address. * The service person that assisted my mother was JOHN. * What John could have done was printed out paperwork for my mom. However John said they are trying to save money so an email is required. Hence why I used my email address. *John broke my mother's ignition key to her car. Put in a replacement with out telling her and that replacement piece is crap! * My mother told John that the ignition part looked different. But John said no it was the same. My mother asked for the key. John said there was no key. * My mother can't see well at night. She has glaucoma. She wanted to just go home. * John wrote in a suggested service that my mother's car needed work on the ignition. ( Because wheel works broke it!!!) * My mother doesn't drive much she has a 2013 Mazda CX9 with 111,00 mile on it. *My mother took her car to the Mazda dealership less than a year ago. If my mother needed a new ignition key they would have notified her. *My mother took her Mazda cx9 2013 to get an oil change and a tune up at wheelworks on blossom hill. She dropped it off at 11:30 am and did not pick it up until 7:30pm. * They did not inform my mother they would do an add on for a fuel injector service. *There was no phone call about any additional service other than what my mother originally requested which was tune up and oule change. * The email paper work was sent at 5:30pm followed by 6:30ish pm and 7:30pm. *They should fire John because he broke my mother's ignition key. Then covered it up by putting a new part. John should be ashamed of himself taking advantage and scamming a senior citizen. *Now my mother has to take her car to the Mazda dealership to get the replacement! And spend extra money on this repair caused by wheelworks. *We don't want my mother to get stranded on the road because she is nearly 80 years old. Thanks to the poor service at wheelworks on blossom hill

Did business here for 20+ years, way back when they were on Winfield. Generally things were OK, but have had some minor issues on and off. However, I just tried to call for an appointment, was on hold for 15 minutes, asked by the person who picked up to go on hold again, and as I politely pointed out that I was just on hold for 15 minutes he just hung up on me mid-sentence. Easily spent over $10,000 here and they aren't getting another cent from me with their garbage service.

Good service for a damaged tire. They had a replacement in stock and ready to go. Would be 5 stars except the waiting area could be nicer (more chairs and some tables for working would be helpful). I ended up waiting in the mall. Also, to their credit, I made an appointment online for 8am and they called me later to suggest moving the appointment to 9:30am because they were very busy at 8am.

I made an appointment for 7:00am for new tires. When I dropped my vehicle off the morning of the appointment, they told me my vehicle would be ready around 9:30. I called them at 10:00, 3 hours later, and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot untouched! I picked up my vehicle with no service completed. When I picked up my vehicle, the staff didn't care one way of the other. They just handed me my keys not saying a word nor even looking at me.

I scheduled an 8 AM appointment for today, Saturday at Wheel Works to diagnose a slow tire leak. Joseph, the service advisor assisted me, did the usual check-in info, and then I walked over to IHOP to enjoy a delicious breakfast with hot coffee. ☕🥞 An hour later, I returned to find my car hadn't moved an inch! 😤 Joseph didn't inform me that they had four sick calls that morning, which caused the delay. Communication is key, and I wish they had been upfront about the situation. It would have saved me a lot of frustration. On the bright side, the French toast at IHOP was fantastic! But unfortunately, my experience at Wheel Works was not. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.

The staff at this location is always helpful and responsive, I trust their assessments and recommendations. I don't feel that they try to "up sale" in order to increase their profit. If they provide a recommendation to me for additional service, I feel that it is valid, and I appreciate that they bring additional concerns to my attention. My only less than positive feedback would be that they are sometimes so busy, because they provide good service, that the wait can be long, and sometimes they forget, because they are busy, to let you know your service is complete. You might need, if you are waiting on-site, to check outside to see if they have moved your car out after service is completed.

Wheel Works ordered the tires I needed and I didn't know they would do that for customers. They also matched the price to a competitor's price. I do recommend this shop and they do much more than just tires and they have convenient locations in San Jose.

Zero stars. I made an appointment for 12 noon. 5:28pm, my car had not moved from the parking spot I parked it in.WHY have an appointment if you are that busy?!? By the way it was for a free alignment. I just went back and got it. See ya wheel works. You will never get my business again.

Friendly staff, I’ve always been to America’s Tire customers but this location is very close and convenient by the mall. Great service & friendly staff. I got the Lifetime Alignment/Rotation which is about the same cost as doing 1.5 alignment outside! My appointment was 10 am to for all 4 new tires and I was done 1:30 pm. Pretty standard wait time on a busy Saturday My second visit was at 11am to do alignment, and it took 5 hours to complete on Tuesday afternoon. I recommend this place for convenience.

The team is super busy, and I appreciate their grace under pressure. I know what it is like to manage multiple projects and many customers. I hope management makes the team feel appreciated. It takes a certain a mindset to work on cars. I have been a Wheel Works customer since the 90's. I think that you all are always fair and I have never had a quality issue with service or parts. Again, please make sure you let the team know how much joy and piece of mind they bring to their customers and that they are appreciated. Especially in this day and age.

Took the car in at 10am. They said it would be done by 3pm. It's 430pm. I call and get put on hold. The guys they have in the front are the least communicative gentlemen they could have picked. I went at 330 to ask about the status and the man is staring at the screen in front of him, ignoring everything else. I get it, there's work to be done, but acknowledgement would be nice. I walked to the garage instead of waiting and asked about the car, they were friendly and answered done by 4, but it's still 430. Wheel Works could afford to hire more techs and front service people.

As other reviewers have highlighted, professionalism and timelines definitely not a priority here. Was made to wait 4.5 hrs for an oil change and alignment, after scheduling an appointment. The front desk was very unhelpful, more interested in selling tires than ensuring good service. Will find a different service center.

I brought my car in for a TIRE ROTATION with an appointment! After an hour and a half, i asked how much longer it would be. I was told that my car was up next. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if my car wasn’t going to even be touched for 90 minutes. I was told that, normally, it would be at least an hour plus the fact that people had to take their lunch break. So i said that that information would have been nice to know ahead of time! TERRIBLE customer service, in my opinion!

I was able to schedule a drop off for a Sunday morning. It's not an appointment, but they have you in and are prepared to service your vehicle. My service representative was fantastic, the work was done close the the time estimated and I had my car home and ready to go to work the next day. So grateful for my tire and alignment warranties! It makes a tremendous difference I'm cost!

Absolutely no customer service, they lied to us about the time they actually started our car, then gave us a bunch a bull shit excuses on my they lied. Please don't waist your time coming here, go to another Wheel Works.

It seems if you are getting a service that you prepaid for when you purchased your tires, (tire rotation and alignment) they treat you or should I say, ignore you. I will never buy or recommend to anyone their service. They’re also rude. Shop elsewhere its not worth the hassle or inconvenience.

The shop did a front end alignment, on my car with lane-keeping option, and an oil change. When the work was finished, I received a report, via email, of things my car needs. It would've been better if the service advisor went over the things so I could get some, or all, of them done while I was there.

They are extremely rude here. All I asked for was a simple tire pressure checked and they wouldn’t even do that for me. This is why I only go to the location on King. I don’t understand how this location is still in business.

Nonsense place. We had a flat tire on the way to our PPF shop around the corner. Fully flat huge nail. The PPF shop removed the wheel and plugged the whole and put tire back on and hand tightened the lugs We drove around the corner to wheel works and all we needed was them to use a torque wrench to click the 5 lugs to spec in the parking lot Useless guy starts telling us they won’t do it because car is not serviced here they won’t touch it Drove 5 mins to a different place, they did it in 1 minute and then we drove home with peace of mind What a joke I wouldn’t give these guys any actual business ever Anyone reading this go over to Kim’s Tire
