On a Saturday wentt o the Alum Rock location. they said they were busy until Monday! suggested i call the King location. called them and they were nothing but accommodating. dropped off the car, fixed the tire and balanced and rotated the tires. super nice staff. would definitely recommend this location

Manager at front desk is very rude. I previously got an alignment at wheel works in Redwood City cars shifting to the right ask them if we could check it out he said I had to schedule an appointment next week.he said I only take 30 minutes No vehicle on the alignment rack .

The manager, Charlie, was very rude. I took my car in for a wheel alignment, and he told me I needed a new battery. However, I had replaced my battery just a month ago at a different shop.

Took a flat tire to Wheelworks today. It was fixed by a great technician, who was friendly as were all of the techs and office manager. I highly recommend their business as I was treated fair and with respect. Thanks to all.

Counter persons are very nice but...... Brought my vehicle in for tires rotation, alignment and brake issue. I was told later that my front brakes and the front control arms were needed to be replaced. I can't believe those need to be replaced because i had the very same shop replaced them just less than 20k miles ago. Control arm seems to be this shop's favorite scam. They recommended replacing control arms for all my other vehicles. A year ago, I brought in another vehicle for tires installation and alignment. The shop found torn control arms. The shop said it couldn't do alignment until the arms were fixed. Fortunately, the shop couldn't find the parts but it still charged me alignment. I took the vehicle to the dealership and it found no issue (this costed me $300 for inspection). My wife brought her car here for oil change and also being recommended for control arms. Give me a brake for a Lexus with only 20k mile on it. I also took my 3rd vehicle to another wheels work and again being recommended for replacing control arms... Took it to another mechanic and he found no issue. For today's trip, I realized wheels work did not even do the tire rotation because my marked tire stay at the same axle on the same side. Enough is enough. Although this place is convinencly near my home, i am not coming any more. I owned more than 10 vehicles in my life so far, only 4 of them have issue with control arms and they were all reported by wheels work. Stay away from this dishonest shop.

I got a new tire for free when I got a leak they could not fix, but I did have to pay $57 for installation and insurance.

I made an 8am tire rotation appointment, came in a little early. I was informed that my tires were worn and that the last time I purchased tires were 4 years ago. Allan was very patient and answered all the questions I asked. They were able to get the tires I needed the same day and installed. I picked up my car at 430pm.

Came home to find front tire on my AWD Subaru completely flat. The guy at our usual place, Skips, was impolite, unhelpful, and refused to let me leave my car. So decided to give Wheel Works, just down the street, a try. Allan was pleasant and helpful, took the time to check the condition of my flat tire to see if it was reparable, and ultimately decided I needed 2 new tires. Good prompt service, my new go-to spot for tires!

What an experience. Carlos was the first to help me, very friendly and easy to work with, I use a kinda wider tire and had a good idea of which ones I wanted to use and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. I go in for my appointment and everything starts off smooth, working with Charlie and Alex. Wait time wasn’t too bad, and I felt comfortable, something I usually don’t get when I’m dealing with someone else working on my car. I finally see my car come out and after about 20 minutes of sitting and waiting, I decide to go check out my new tires, only to come out to the tech getting the DOT stamp number, and as soon as I look past him at the wheel, I see two finger nail sized chips and immediately point them out to Alex and say “oh looks like a bit of lube or something” and he ignores it, tapping my valve stem and noting that it seems to be leaking, I also heard the hiss so I go back inside to see if we can schedule something to get that fixed. Now this is where the issues start, Charlie handles another customer and then starts looking for the valve stems, comes back 10 minutes later and says “well I don’t know what those ones are but I don’t have them” and at this point I’m a little stumped? He explains he has a wall of 50 different types and can’t find the one so I need to figure it out and bring them in to install. Now, if the tire professional cannot figure out what valve stem it takes (i don’t even know what he was going off of to look for as I do not have stock wheels for my car) how am I supposed to figure it out? I brush it off at this point as I just wanna get going so I can take another look at those two marks now sitting in the back of my mind. I go out to to check and unfortunately, it’s two chips. As well as a ton of hand prints all over my car which is more of an annoyance than anything, but in my opinion, says a lot. Now these aren’t the most expensive wheels in the world (ray grams) but having worked at a tire shop, at this point I’m disappointed. I walk in to see what we can do and they do the whole run around, Tony, what I can assume is their go to guy with the way he walked in, went out to check with me and looked at both sides before touching it himself and as soon as he did his face said it all. He walks inside and grabs Alex, who immediately starts explaining that he had to ”use two tools at the same time to take the wheel off, I’m not gonna say I did it but who knows” I even tell him I’m not there to blame anyone for anything but damaging peoples wheels when you work at a wheel shop is just bad form. I walk inside and wait for Charlie to finish up with his customer, and at this point I’m even at a loss of what can be done. Charlie basically writes me off at that point even exclaiming “why does it always happen to the new customers” and explains that if the tech had seen that before it came in he should have taken a picture of it to make note and he did not. I begin to just express how disappointed I am in the outcome and how I kinda hoped for a smooth process too, and Charlie proceeds to attempt to talk over me and express that he can’t do anything, and at this point I get upset, as I can’t even get a word in without us both raising our voices, he then tells me he’s unable to do anything anyway and I need to contact the manager to do anything about it. After giving me the number, he walks away and I have to ask 3 times for the managers name before I walked out. Now I have a wheel with two chips and they have my money. I’ll update if it comes to any sort of resolution but at this point I’d Recommend going across the street to Skips tires, as I’ve never had an issue with them mounting and dismounting my tires.

I've been coming to this Wheel Works locations for years. This last time was for my daughter's car. She needed new tires. Carlos first took care of me and then so did Alan. They gave me a great deal on new tires and they also tested her car battery, which was testing low. I always feel Alan and his staff take care of me above and beyond what a normal tire shop does, which Alan did again this time. That's why I've been coming to this specific location for years. I always recommend this shop to any friends or acquaintances who ask me if I would recommend a tire shop in the Evergreen area. Thank you very much!

I am a regular customer to this location, I like the crew at the front desk, they are professional and helpful. Always will go to this location as long as it's feasible. I hope they setup a coffee machine for people who wait for the the service to be done :) Apparently they had it before COVID

Drop my truck on Saturday Sunday Monday pick it up Tuesday for tire rotation and checking on the tire in the back driver side cause wobbling, when check out at front desk I ask what cause the wobbling they said took a drive and see nothing, they also tell me to check it out. I got to my truck found out the tire on driver side haven’t rotated so I went back tell front desk, they took my truck back and rotate it 10 minutes done, drove home check the tire on back by look to side mirror it is still wobbly. The technician name is Alex supposed to do the job but. I’m not sure if he checked the wobble tire. They replaced three of my tires few months ago.
