I was referred to Tully Wheel Works by friends and family. The manager, Hieu, is professional and knowledgeable. My lady had a flat tire last minute before closing, and Hieu was very helpful, getting me safely back on the road. THANK YOU WHEEL WORKS TULLY

Love this location! They listen well, give great advice and do absolutely complete work. There are various wheel works locations , Tully is number 1 for service and customer service. Ready times are damn near on point, you can see and feel that your car was taken care of. This is the one reliable location in the San Jose/ Saratoga area. ***** Beware of Saratoga Wheel works. I have had my car worked on over the past 5 months as they do NOT do complete work. I have I had take it in 7 times, 4 being apts, to have work redone as parts I didn’t need were put in the car. Parts they did repair had to be redone twice (spark plugs and struts). The manager did not listen to resolve, but to be right. I reached out to corporate, the area manager was to reach out to me on Jan. 6,2025, I allowed up to the 7th to be generous. It is now Jan. 14th and still no contact. Occurs as a sexist , the manager blamed me as the computer system did not have my correct name in the system, even though I gave it to him along with my phone number and email 4 times. I had to take my vehicle to my own mechanic after being seen by them, where he predicted the diagnostic to share that the spark plugs has misfired. This has been the case since Oct 13, 2024. Oil change - made appointment over the internet. Once I was there they took and started working on my car. My wait was rather short. It didn’t cost to much. Paid for it and I was out of there. The customer service was excellent.

Wheel Works service is excellent. The staff and mechanics are very friendly and professional. They treated customers with respect. They paid attention to details and let me know that the radiator had a leak. I brought in the car for tire rotation and did not know about the car problem. They really care about doing the right thing to ensure the customer safety. I recommend Wheel Works on Tully Road.

I came in to get my tire patched and I’m using a rental car from Uber that cost me over $430 a week when I got the car back I went to my other job and when I was done and got back in the car my tire pressure was down to 22 psi it dropped 15 psi in three hours unfortunately they were closed already so I waited till the next morning I’m calling over and over and no one answers the phone

Dear Wheelwork Customer Service Team, We have been loyal customers of Wheelwork for many years, relying on your services for our family’s tire needs. However, I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received on August 8th, 2024, which has caused me to lose trust in your services. Here are the details of my experience: I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 PM for tire services on all four tires of my Infiniti EX-37, including balancing, rotation, and alignment. I arrived at the store early at 1:45 PM and checked in with the store manager, Hieu, providing him with the mileage details and the services needed. It was a warm welcome as Hieu had returned to the store after a few years. Unfortunately, I waited for more than two hours (from 1:45 PM to 4:10 PM) before my car was finally taken into the shop. After the technician, Khanh, began working on my vehicle, he reported to the manager that I needed to replace all four tires due to edge wear. I inspected the tires myself and found that they did not require replacement. The manager then attempted to sell me a new set of tires, but I declined. After failing to sell the tires, the manager played what I believe to be a "dirty trick" by loading another vehicle onto the alignment ramp (there is only one ramp for alignment in the shop). This vehicle had purchased a new set of tires, and as a result, my car did not receive the alignment service I had requested. I am particularly concerned because I have paid upfront for lifetime services on these tires. I do not understand why the store manager did not cooperate in providing the lifetime service I am entitled to. The technician, Khanh, proceeded with balancing and rotating the tires without performing the alignment. I noticed that he removed all four tires and piled them on top of each other for balancing. This raised concerns about whether he remembered the correct placement of the tires (front/rear/left/right) and whether the balancing was done properly. Additionally, he torqued three of the tires but forgot to torque the fourth one on the front right. I had to remind him to do so, which he did with an unhappy expression. I watched the process closely from the parking lot. When the manager returned my key, he provided various excuses and insisted that I did not need an alignment. I responded that I do, in fact, need it and arranged another appointment for alignment on August 13th, 2024. Despite this, I found out that the record for August 8th, 2024, was signed off as "DONE" without the alignment being performed. In the past, I have visited the Wheelwork shop at 2955 S. King Road, San Jose, CA 95121. On one occasion, a technician named Tony serviced my SUV and inflated all the tires to 47 lbs, which caused excessive wear in the center of the tire tread. This was unsafe for freeway driving at high speeds, especially in hot temperatures, and I had to replace all the tires. Since then, I began getting tire services at another store. I hope that your management team takes the time to review my concerns carefully. Thank you for your time and attention.

I went in for an oil change early in the morning and they said they will let me know when my car is ready. After almost 5-6 hours later, no updated was given. I had to call them and they tell me that they haven't even start on my car. Very dissapointed!

This place is the worst establishment I've ever had to use for installing tiers, they take forever a one hour job, and don't give you updates and the cancel appointments due lack of staffing, just bad services. I had to give it one ⭐ but in reality this place deserves "0" ⭐'s.
