I have been to this place 3 times because its located near my house. I have membership with wheel works from last 4 years and visited several branches, everyone was so good except this one. Work wise no complaints but the staff over here on reception need to seriously learn how to talk to a customer. He was so rude and impatient when asked a simlle question as I am nkt a tyre except but he is. He is not a person to stand in reception at all, probably a backend person. He just landed his entire frustration of work or something on me which is unacceptable. He just ruined my day. I am not over exagerating this because I am not a person who leaves comments regulary.

Friendly staff, and quick service. Price seems a bit on the high side, not horrible but the staff and prompt service made up for it.

I called asking if I could bring the car in to get a tire replaced. I had a spare tire but if they couldn't replace with the spare I was prepared to buy a new one from them. But instead I got an impatient worker on the phone who demanded to know if my replacement tire was new. I said that it probably wasn't, but I didn't know for sure, and as I was about to explain the worker cut in and said "I can't touch tires that aren't new. Have a nice day" and hung up before I could even offer to buy a new tire from them. Thanks, clearly you have so much business you don't want mine.

My recommendation: do not go. Almost every repair they have done for me was imperfect and the problem regressed for me in a couple weeks - be it my TPMS or my wiper repair. They aren’t too friendly when I go back to them with the regressed problem.

Very bad service! I brought the car at 11 pm, they told me to come to pick it up at 3 pm. 3 pm nothing was done. I was waiting for two tires at 6 pm! I told the service manager Ernesto Gutierrez that I wanted the balance of the rear tires, which he did not do! There is a very bad service manager! I will never go there and I don't recommend you either. Beware of the time Ernesto Gutierrez steals from you

This Wheelworks location has very good customer service both at desk and mechanic wise. I would like to name Esgar(front desk) and Guillerimo(Mechanic) for excellent customer care and service.

Do not bring your vehicle here. The older asain guy tries to talk you into getting more services done for extra costs that aren't necessary. They messed up my car and I have proof. They quoted me to fix what they damaged. They guy wouldn't let me get a word in to explain that my car wasn't broken when I brought it in. He was being defensive and extra. He kept referring that I brought it in like this. I called him out on a few things that didn't make sense, and he was making assumptions that I had brought the vehicle in like this.

Usually I take my 2018 Alfa Romeo Gulia to have an Oil Change done at the Alfa Romeo Dealership but I decided to try Wheel Works and that was the best decision. All the Technicians I encountered were Great. They explained everything. 🥰 . Wheel Works on Kiely Blvd in Santa Clara will be my reliable go to location for my Cars Oil Change from now on.

Decent base new tire prices but BAD service - 1) Elderly asian service advisor was courteous but the behavior of one other advisor/worker was VERY RUDE; 2) they gave FAKE bad diagnosis in wheel alignment testing (got it tested and fixed from from other specialist), 3) BAD turn-around time (took 4.5 hrs for just 2 tire change and wheel alignment test and battery test) 4) Bad advice given (just to make us fearful that something is wrong with car) just to be able to make money wanting us to get other recommended repairs done. I'd not recommend people this store (I'm never going back).

Shout-out to Mark and the gents working hard on a Saturday. If you're looking to book give them a call, it's faster. My TPMS indicator had been going on after I recently got my rear tires replaced at the Saratoga WW location. I had to go back the day after, to which they just refilled my tire gases and said if the indicator comes back on it's likely I will need a tire placement. That was odd because I had just replaced my tires at WW and my front tires were new ~within this year. I called today and Saratoga was full. Luckily the Kiely WW team had openings and I was so fortunate to get in. They did a full check and found that my tires were fine, and that my TPMS sensor was leaking. They fixed it all up and sent me well on my way before the end of the day. Shout-out to WW Kiely. I will be taking my Prius here from now on. Plus they have strong wifi and a larger parking lot than Saratoga.

The price is okay but service is so bad!!! I had an appointment before I dropped my car, six hours later I found out they are closed for the day. They could of called me let me know it would take longer but no call or text. I Was really expecting my car by the time frame they said it would be done.

Very arrogant, unprofessional. Little to no understanding of how a car works. Poor customer service and no decency. I scheduled appointment and he tells me that his tech is not in today. Made no effort to reschedule me, tried to blame me it's my fault that I came 5 minutes early, eventhough he knows the tech is not going to be in the whole day.

I normally go to my dealership, but last week when I went for maintenance service they told me it will take 5 hours to finish everything. I decided to go to Wheel Work which was across the street. The service was very quick as they mentioned while making appointment. The receptionist was very nice and gave all answer calmly while asked. I really recommend Wheel Work if you are looking for maintenance service for your vehicle. Thanks

Went for a simple oil change and was told I’m next. 6 hours later it’s still not done and I had to get them to release my vehicle without the work done. Waste of a day. I’ve been going here for several years but after this will try to avoid.

By far the worst Wheel Works in the area. Everytime I visit this place I end up regretting it and finding better advice elsewhere. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a fair price.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH PURCHASING LIFETIME ALIGNMENT. I have been bringing my car here for many years and my car before that. No matter what you bring your car in for be prepared to leave it for 5 hours. Even with an appointment your car is not prioritized. All my car needed was alignment and I had to drop it off and be without my car for the day. They said it wasn't ready all up until 30 min before they finished it- at the end of 5 hours. The car sat for 4 and a half hours for a 15-30 min job. The report showed a 0.1 “improvement” in the alignment. Really guys? 6 months later I come back with another appointment - first appt of the day for alignment and tire rotation. Again they say 5 hours. So I said how about just the alignment? ( I am one of two cars at this point) They said it would be 2 hours. I reminded them it took 30 min last time and that last time there was only a minor adjustment. I said are you sure you cant get it done in less than 2 hours? He said it’s not possible. These guys do not prioritize you if you have lifetime alignment, there is no money in it for them anymore. They got theirs on the front end of that first alignment where I paid more- FOR NO REASON. Don’t fall for it and go some where that is more efficient with their time and values yours. BTW Went to the dealership for tire rotation (free lifetime rotation on my tires) and alignment and I didn't have an appointment and was done in 95 min. So… there is a significant discrepancy. This cost me $0. Figure it out Wheel Works!

Over the years, I've gotten good service at Wheel Works, 350 Kiely Blvd., SJ, across from the Toyota dealership on Stevens Creek Blvd. Including today, when I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked before a long (for me!) drive. Guillermo Cabrera, who has helped me before, is always friendly and seems to enjoy being helpful. He told me that he has worked at this location for three years. Thank you, Guillermo and Wheel Works!

Long, made my experience at the shop an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. They quickly detected the issues with my car. They showed and explained me what needed to be done, and in less than 2 hours my car was all ready. The customer service was exceptional and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everyone was super friendly and took care of my needs. I feel like they went above and beyond for me as there were some complications for my tire repair and they had to keep my car an extra day and then I couldn’t pick it up and they were able to make accommodations for me.

I went in for nail in tire. They told me they it’s a nail in tire but to close to edge to repair so I need to replace tire. They called other stores and were able to get my tire replaced. Mark was very supportive and the other gentleman was very informative about my tire issue and they were able to fix my tire while I waited.

They over charge me $120 for check my energy then rise to $220 it’s black mail and I changed to another small auto shop just oil change for $65 my suggestion is : don’t go unless ur rich
