This place is great. I initially had my doubts. But they quickly proved me wrong with great customer service and coming directly you. The tech set expectations and exceeded them.

Good for what you need. Quick and cheap tires without the corporate hassle. Probably best for used tires, not sure I’d go for new ones unless my budget was really tight. I also wouldn’t expect I could return if something wasn’t done right. I see it as more of a one time visit to fix an issue quickly and cheaply. For example, I would take my older car for tire service, but not a new car. Also they are open really late like midnight so that is super convenient.

I had an amazing experience here. Greg was fantastic to work with from start to finish and helped me pick the perfect set. I got multiple updates on my order and they had the wheels installed and brakes painted in one day. Highly recommend these guys!!

They helped my husband and I get new rims after the ones we ordered online from a different company didn’t fit his car. We found new rims and got new tires and they look great! We get a ton of compliments. Every person we interacted with were kind and professional! We will 1000% use them again in the future and send anyone we know their way! I highly recommend them!

I had a flat tire on my way to work and pulled in the stereo shop next door, not realizing there was a tire place right there. I tried to change it myself but couldn't get my lugs off. A man tried to help me and he couldn't either. I go next door and asked if they could help me. A nice young black man helped me (I wish I would have got his name) he said he'd take a look. He had someone go get my car. They put my spare on, checked my other tires for free. Great service and I will be back when I get new tires. Thanks guys

Do not overlook this place! I needed wheels that were hard to come by due to size and popularity... My guy Kaleb had me set-up by next day. The knowledge and guidance was exactly what you'd hope for when buying new wheels and tires! Even if Kaleb isn't helping you, the entire staff is friendly and professional. Also.. the prices are unbeatable!

Excellent customer service AND product selection. Any wheel and any tire combo you could possibly want. These guys have helped me upgrade my ride on 2 separate occasions, and I have been more than happy with the outcome. Cannot put into words how awesome these guys are. First things first Zay is awesome but honestly so is everyone else. In the time I was there waiting on my car to be done I watched and overheard about 6 other transactions. These guys CARE about their customers. They explain everything that’s going on and in a way that doesn’t seem demeaning to people who don’t understand something. I could go on an on but really awesome team awesome experience. After researching multiple tires shops in the area, I found this one with a numerous amount of great reviews. I went in the next morning when they opened to be greeted and helped by one of their best employees, Greg. I am so thankful to have met him that day. He took the time to look at my tires to quickly asset that I needed new tires instead of just a balance. I have had my tires for 5 1/2 years so he was right. They we're cracked and dry causing my wheel to shake going about 45mph. They took care of it within a couple hours and gave me an inexpensive price at that. I will absolutely recommend Wheel & Tire Exchange to anyone who needs a tire service. Driving smooth and safe once again. Big thank you to Greg and the service team!!!

Super experience! I bought a set of Rotiform wheels and tires from them and they installed them exactly when scheduled and they took GREAT care of the wheels! The wheels are my most expensive wheel purchase ever and they were installed flawlessly. They also left the beige interior of my car absolutely perfect. I always have to mask off my interior because shops always leave grease all over the inside, but not Wheel and Tire Exchange. My interior was just like I dropped it off. I can't say enough positive things about them. SUPER HIGHLY recommend!

I lost my wheel key for my Bronco and these guys took care of the problem and replaced the lugnuts with non-locking ones. Great experience. Very welcoming staff. Reasonable prices.

The owner was very nice and went over all the different types of wheels and what would benefit and what would be discredit to the value of buying that wheel when I did choose a wheel he had to go to another warehouse and he was back before he said he would be and I was out in the time quoted and I’m very happy with the service and I hope to go back when I need new wheels. I recommend to anybody who wants new wheels. It didn’t matter how many questions I had as it was my first purchase of wheels. Both the mechanics and owner are very patient and glad to answer all questions I had so that I felt comfortable with my purchase. Thank you Wheel exchange

I'm so excited to write this review because of how much I love this place, and specifically Zay, who KILLS IT. I have an old LX470 that I want to go overlanding with - and, well, I love cars but I'm not technically great with them. I brought a video in of a vehicle that I wanted to copy. Zay did the research, knew exactly which tires, what size, what height, what lift I needed. First and foremost, the tires were cheaper than what I could get on Amazon, which told me right away this place is not trying to swindle anyone. There was a ton of research needed to get the right parts for the lift on my vehicle. I knew it was going to be a hefty price tag to do everything I wanted, but - it's my passion project and have been waiting for this upgrade on my SUV for awhile. I left my SUV with them while I had a pre-planned trip to Utah and they kept in touch with my while I was there, updating me on progress. They knew my car had a hydraulic lift system (even the older Lexus SUVs do) so technically I can manually lift my car up and lower it. BUT...and, they found this out on my behalf - the car automatically lowers when it hits 60mph. Instead of going with the aftermarket lift - they found a way to re-wire the hydraulic system so that it would stay lifted 60+mph. They saved me well over $2k not going with the original lift that I signed off on which was super expensive for my vehicle. Can't speak highly enough of this place and Zay.

I once gave them a bad review because of a employee that works for them..But I purchased a set of rims and tires from Kaleb today and he is what is missing in America today... This is the first time I am here woth my bent wheel. They are real professionals and worth the money, they are cheaper than other places.they did an excellent job on my wheel, no complaints. the staff is also very polite and attentive. you can shop with them, rest assured.
