These guys are terrific! They repaired my 92 y.o. mother’s ‘04 Mazda 6 wagon by replacing the motor and resetting all other systems , making the car better than I has been since we got it 4 years ago. I highly recommend Wheel Align It II for any automotive repair you may require. Thumbs up all the way!!!

This shop does a proper alignment, especially important for height modified trucks. They know toyotas well. They have good deals on wheels too. They listen well to complex issues, and back up their parts and labor. Their labor rate is fair and completion time reasonably fast.

They did work on my husband's Ford F250 last year on the wheel alignment and did a very crappy job! We had taken it for an oil change at Midas and that's when we were told the sleeves were all bent to hell, the didn't put the cauter pins in correctly if at all. Who knows what else they did wrong. We took it back to Beou Jr and he said he would fix the mess! After we dropped it off, they called back and wanted to charge labor for tbe crappy work they did from the get go!!! It was close to $900 the first time! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THEY FOR ANYTHING!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

If you need your car fixed please BEWARE! They kept our vehicle for 6 weeks and it was still broken down. It doesn’t end there. We had to call every week to ask about progress and they gave excuses on how one problem led to another and to hit us with a big fat bill to release our keys. They will keep your car forever and not fix it and charge an arm and a leg. The owner was not willing to cooperate or negotiate and stated “they wasted too much time” on a vehicle they could not fix. This is literally highway robbery. They told me I owed them $1400 for work that wasn’t done and they tried to get another $5000 for a transmission since they think that may be the issue. I took it somewhere else and it was fixed for $300. What a joke these people are.

I usually don't write reviews but my girlfriend is too nice to write one herself. First off she told them that it might be a battery issue but it "turned out to be something else and the battery is fine". The day after she paid and drove the car home we got stuck at the grocery store because the car wouldn't start. We had to ask a stranger for a jump to go to AutoZone to get the battery replaced. I can't believe she paid $3000 and still have the car not work/need more work. Especially because it took 5 minutes to look at and replace. Speaking of the payment, a few days later they called her and left a voicemail threating a mechanic's lien because they mistakenly charged her the wrong amount. I know mistakes happen but threatened someone with legal action because of your mistake and after one phone call is insane. So in conclusion go here if you want to pay way too much to not have the stuff you ask for to get fixed/looked at and to be mischarged and threatened with legal action.

Horrible experience. Spent over $3000 "fixing" a problem that was NEVER FIXED. Please take your car to Walmart or Any Other Reputable shop. The owner is clearly a roided out hot head that has no mechanical experience.

I had an alignment and oil change done on my truck here today. The owners were so kind and helpful. My technicians name was Abe and he was amazing. Im grateful to have had my truck in good hands with them today. I'll be back for all my car care needs!

I went to Discount Tire for an appointment for a tire patch and they didn't even see my appointment on their computer and then he checked my tire and said it's really unsafe to do a patch and also tried to sell me everything that I didn't need. Of course I left Discount Tire cuz they were frustrating me and I went down the street here at the Wheel Alignment II, and they were so polite, nice and I didn't even have an appointment. 20 bucks and only sat there for 20 minutes for a patch. I really suggest this business: they are the best!!!

The guys at this shop gave me the best deal on a new set of tires and wheel alignment for a price that no other shop would beat. Abe also did my wheel alignment and my vehicle runs just like when I took it off the showroom floor.

These guys are unscrupulous, my wife took her car in to get a repair estimate for a specific problem, they gave us an estimate of over 1200.00, because they included things that have no relevance to the problem, I took the car to a better place and got the problem fixed for 150.00,and on top of that they charged us 54.00 for a completely worthless estimate.. In reply to your false statement, at the bottom of the paper my wife was given it clearly says "estimate" good for 30 days,.. very apparent that you try to get over on women, go ahead lie some more I can take a picture of the estimate and post it .. people need to pay more attention to your reviews
