Hoy fui a llevar mi carro por que tenía un sonido que no le encontrábamos y Memo después de revisarlo me dijo es una llanta cámbiala y se le quita el ruido era algo tan pequeño que no se veía y cambiamos la llanta y se corrigió todo fue muy honesto y no quiso cobrarme la revisión y recibí una bendición de Él, súper recomendable que Dios bendiga su negocio siempre

Frank has done great quality work for me the last 10 plus year. From Rear differential work to installing new brakes . Always has been Honest and backs his warranty. Shop is always busy but he works you into his schedule.

This place was highly recommended to us. My son took his car here and they did repairs of about 800 dollars. Car kept having the same issues. So we took the car to another mechanic the next day and were told the motor was no good. Why couldn't they tell us that and we would not have spent that money. Very disappointed In response to your message from yesterday my son did take the car back and was told it needed more repairs done. We would have spent more that was not necessary

Let me tell you, Frank knows his stuff. I had taken my car to Meineke before bringing it here. Big mistake! Frank had the car diagnosed and out the door in a few hours. He prices fairly and you can't find better customer service in town. Just be up front and honest with him, respect goes a long way! Also, it's hot and they work hard haha bring them some water or Gatorades too! Will only use Frank & Co and definitely referring my friends and family. A gem in San Antonio!

Paid these guys $130 for a diag on an old truck. Got a "it could be this or that" response. Gross overestimate on cost to fix when the problem was a $60 part. Also not very friendly.

Update: Had to downgrade from 5 to 1 stars. I was told to bring my car in Friday morning to discuss service. Waited for 40 minutes and no one showed up to work. Phone system is useless, won’t accept messages. Posted business hours are 8-5. Thought I had found a reliable shop, guess not.

i was always told that frank and his shop was probably the best place to go for your car and everyone who said that was right, brought it in after cordova did nothing and frank helped me out and got everything fixed with the car super fast basically the same day as he got the parts and was pretty fair on pricing, will definitely recommend and will continue to do business with them.

I had a very good experience. Frank was straight forward with me. I needed a main transmission seal replaced on my car and he told me straight away that if that's what I done, that's all he would do. But, that it may need the torque converter replace as well. Which I had already been told by a couple other mechanic's. Frank was very courteous and professional. Prices were really reasonable. The price he quoted me is the price I paid. No surprises. I'd recommend him any day.
