Great Job!!! Had an early appointment , my car was promptly aligned in the time I was told.The young lady in the office was very professional and took great care of me while I waited for my alignment.My car drove noticeably different and no longer pulled or steered sloppy.The price was reasonable and I will refer you to family and friends. Disappointed. The guy who owned this before, Ruben, was a great guy. They used to repair tires patched from the inside. Now all I want to do is sell you tires and lie to you. I was told #1 You cannot plug a 10 ply tire. #2 You cannot patch a tire if it's too close to the sidewall, and that's a half an inch. My whole was an inch and a half on the sidewall. #3 they put my lugs on so tight my Milwaukee impact was 450 lb of torque will not take the lugs off. I will not go back I'll fix it myself No one wants to do any work anymore they just want to sell you something you don't need.

I’ve been getting my tires from this place since 1995 and I’m glad to still come here now. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. The prices can’t be beat anywhere in this state and the tire guys sure know how to send you outta the parking lot rollin straight and smooth. Anytime someone asks me if I know a tire guy I automatically say Westown.

The lady at the front desk I didn’t capture her name but she so nice and pleasant and they did great service this was the third place I went to after being told I couldn’t get my wheel alignment done and dealing with rude people they got me in and out in a timely manner
