Called and got quoted over $400. When I picked my car up it was a little over $300. Got my car in the next day. Didn’t mind my questions. Definitely recommend and will be back with future car troubles.

Quick, great service. Make an appointment and they will do the work. 2nd car I took there. Definitely don’t upsell you on anything. I know this because I took a 1996 vehicle in that you could have told me anything about what it needed. Absolutely appreciate their professionalism.

Excellent Auto Repair shop! Most recently, Westlink saved me a good bit of $ by fixing what was actually wrong with my vehicle, instead of what I thought was wrong (which would have been much more expensive to replace). I very much appreciate integrity in an auto repair shop! Will continue taking my vehicles to Westlink!

Genuinely the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and walks you through the entire process which I deeply appreciated. I plan to continue using this mechanic shop into perpetuity.

Highly recommend this place! They know what they are doing. Communication is phenomenal. They are quick with getting things done. Mike has helped us and all the staff has been friendly and explain things very well! Will go here from now on and recommend family and friends.

I almost never review places or items but westlink deserves a review. Mike fixed the issue that's been ongoing for about 3 years now and he saved me quite a lot of money doing it. I think I found my first local honest auto mechanic.

I had gone to another shop to get my oil changed and they claimed I needed to get my oil plug extracted because the plug was swollen. I decided to take it to Westlink because I had heard amazing reviews and they were super quick. They also explained to me that there was nothing wrong with my oil plug. Their prices are phenomenal compared to other places, they are honest, trustworthy and my go to place. They also didn't charge me to just diagnose my engine problems. Amazing place! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I prefer going to a locally owned, neighborhood garage for all car maintenance and repairs. I've been using Westlink for over four years, and have been satisfied with the work done on my car. The prices for parts and labor are always fair, and they have never tried upselling unnecessary work. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because they are so popular that it can take a while to get in for scheduled maintenance. But that's a price I'm willing to pay for quality work.

I wrote down the wrong time & was 1 hour late & they still found time to fit me in, even though they were extremely busy. My father, Howard Theimer, always brought his vehicles to you & I decided to follow suit. I get called not only by name when I enter but by my nickname. Even though I'm older than any of you guys, since my dad's passing, you make me feel like you're all my 2nd dad's watching after me & making sure that I am safe. Nothing can compare. I've used these people for between 5 and 10 years now... and I still take my vehicle to them every time. The 5 stars speak for themselves. And if there is ever an issue they are very dependable to resolve it professionally.

This outfit replaced a clock spring in a vehicle twice before I purchased it. I have had the truck for a few months and the clock spring broke again. I called them to see if they would stand behind their work and they won't. Their "nice guy" and "trustworthy" acts are hollow and annoying. Go somewhere else for repairs.

They advise against work when it is not needed or not in our best interest, but effectively do all the work that protects our vehicles. Very high trust and always professional and friendly.
