I've had 2 experiences with Westgate and they were so vastly different that I averaged the 2. In May I took my Jeep in for warranty work, they said it would be about a week, called and gave me several updates and delivered the vehicle when promised. Definitely 5 star service. In late July I contacted them again for more warranty work (corrosion on my door hinges), it took several emails and messages before I finally got it scheduled. They said 1 week, after a week and a half I called to check on the progress and was told probably by the end of the week. At 2 weeks still no updates I call back and they say it's finished. I go to pick the Jeep up after hours get there and the Rubicon stickers were not put back on, they were in a box in the back seat, I leave the Jeep there. Call Monday and they say they'll put them back on, should be done later that day. No updates, I call the following day. They can't put them on, it's an outside service that does it (but they left them in the Jeep expecting me to do it myself). A week later still no updates I call and they say it's ready. I pick it up and start to drive off, they have knocked out my lane detection system. Drop it back off, another week wasted. After 4 weeks I finally got my Jeep back

Unfortunately, some non-drivers have caused me or my wife to need body work. This goes back about 25-30 years now. I've always used Westgate Collision Center and I've always been completely happy with their magical work. .... (except for the time my wife was rear-ended at a traffic signal... the car was totaled! Westgate had to give me the bad news. :-))

They were so kind and fixed my front bumper which had popped out. They did an awesome and quick fix. Highly recommend them and they have a customer in me for life when i have funds secured to fix my car for real. Good people and quality work is a rare find. Highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job on my front bumper. Next year I am going to have them repaint my back bumper. Thank you so much Scott for helping me get this done. On January 13 2024 my car was hit will it was park in food lion’s parking lot unfortunately bye a fire truck but Scott and his whole team did a awesome job on getting my Mustang back to the way it was before the accident. Thank you so much Scott and your whole team for a fantastic job on fixing my Mustang. Craig

The wait time to get in was less than most places so that was great. They did good work on my wife's car but it took longer than expected and cost my insurance company a lot more than the quote so if you don't have insurance be careful.

When I took my truck in for recall work, Westgate Ram service department wrecked my truck and Westgate Collision was supposed to perform the repair. They said they would fix it. Instead they kept it for 3 weeks, refused to provide a loaner and didn’t fix it properly. They then started making every excuse as to why they couldn’t work on it. I had to take it somewhere else to get it properly repaired. They also refused to reimburse my out of pocket expenses. Avoid Westgate Auto Group at all costs. How they treat their customers says a lot about this company’s integrity and values.

I have no hesitation to recommend Westgate Collision Center, The repair I had done was done well and to my total satisfaction. An unexpected problem arose during the repair and was communicated to me and fixed in a timely manner. The staff were friendly communicative and above all honest and cooperative. My family was a victim of a hit and run and we accepted Progressive's recommendation to go to Westgate. They kept my vehicle for 5 weeks. At week 4 Aldo explained that they were behind because a worker called in sick. No apology by the way. At week 5 our vehicle was returned and it was still not driving straight. When I spoke to Aldo he was condesending. When I mentioned the BBB he laughed. I later found out his shop is not accredited with the BBB. I don't know if the problem is with him beeing a narcissist jerk or that he has allowed his position as a manager to get to his head. All I know is that he was a jerk to me. Do not go there because if there is a problem he won't care to resolve it!

Scott and Debbie know what they are doing and know their stuff. They were very honest and didn't try to hide anything or inflate anything. I brought my car to two other shops and they said the same thing that Scott and Debbie said. If I need to, in the future, I'll be bringing my car back here for honest, fair pricing and amazing quality!

This shop will do more damage to your vehicle than fixing it, very dishonest , unprofessional and arrogant guy runs this shop. I was lucky to have taken pictures and videos of my car prior to handing them the keys, post repair, when I came to pick my car, the damage from the collision was fixed but there was more scratches and door dents from being in the shop and done by the collision center . Upon bringing it to the manager , he LIED that those existed before and he can’t do anything about it. I confronted him with pictures and videos and was bluntly asked to leave the premises. Very dishonest , arrogant tyrant runs this place . Be careful and avoid this place, only reason I went ahead with this shop was because the nicer ones were all booked out for months from Covid and supply chain shortages and only place which took my vehicle earlier, now I realize why this place was ready , because folks know of the unfair practices and avoid it.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND BE AWARE FROM MY AGONY.

Worst possible place ever to deal with understand parts are hard to get right now but keeps getting different answers they repaired my vehicle after an accident in June 2021 didn’t find broken axle so returne and had that fixed and vehicle alligned and found out in February that whole rear end needed to be replaced now mid April and still do not have vehicle also when they replaced 1st axle and alligned it they found all bolts in the front end were loose and never had. been tightened

Would recommend for body work. Scott was in charge of the repair of my Jeep and he did a Wonderful job! You can't even tell it's been wrecked. Although I was without my Jeep from April until August, Scott ensured I had a way to get to and from work while I waited, and he kept me posted on the status of my repair. Excellent Job!!! Thanks again Scott for all you've done.

A parking stop pulled off my bumper and did the same to the two under covers of my car. I got a couple of estimates for the the claims adjuster. Westgate's estimate was more thorough. They were ready to take my car on schedule and returned my car on time. The repair work, and paint job was outstanding! Additionally, I asked if they could buff out some scratches/swirls to the clear coat finish, on one of my doors. Unlike the other repair shop (who said the scratches were too deep) Westgate said they would do it. They did say some of the scratches may be too deep to get totally out, but they would do their best. They were true to their word. The appearance was night and day. They did a fantastic job! Debbie was my rep. She knew her stuff and did not steer me wrong. I would use them, again, in a heartbeat!
