To make this clear right away, i normally give only bad reviews, as i feel they are more important. I rarely give good reviews. This is one of those rare moments. I had a coolent problem, and some hoses popped 2 days in a row. I took my 2014 Chevy Traverse in and could have gotten it back the same day, but i was given the option to get it the next day so they could do some more tests at no extra cost so i took that option. I was given plenty of updates and told what was going on before and as they were working on my vehicle. Very nice people. They did a full inspection on my vehicle, not just on the parts I was having a problem with. They communicated with detail, not just quick, short answers. I dont trust taking my vehicle into place as I feel they try to squeeze money out of me. This is the first place I did NOT get that feeling. It's been a week since the work was done, I didn't want to give a review until I had enough time to drive my vehicle and make sure there were no random problems that were going to pop up. After a week now, no problems, vehicle isn't overheating, no hoses popping, and not even a leak. If I have another problem that I don't feel comfortable fixing myself, I will be coming back to Western Auto Service. I do believe in the saying, "You get what you pay for." Well, they gave excellent service and did i great job on my vehicle, and it was for a very fair price. I do suggest giving them a call or just bringing your vehicle in as I did. 5 stars for sure.

Called about a flat because I swear I had a flat. Got there and my flat "magically" disappeared. They helped me out anyways which was totally awesome even though I just wasted their time. Thanks so much 😂

They went to great lengths to address my concerns. Went over my truck with a comb and provided me with a suggestion on next steps. Will definitely bring my vehicles back if anything else comes up.

Excellent customer service and communication they are able to get my car in quickly and diagnose the problem. They stayed in communication with me regarding what it would cost and time frame. I would very much recommend them !

I got my oil changed, found a great coupon. John got me an appointment over the phone. They had my vehicle in at the apartment time. There waiting lobby has coffee, snacks, and nice waters. Everyone was very nice and professional. I'll be returning for other car maintenance. Because of the great service and competitive prices.

Everyone there has been awesome. We have now had all 3 of our vehicles serviced/repaired here. The online appointment scheduling is convenient to use. We have been able to get our vehicles in quickly and the repairs have been completed quickly and efficiently. We have been extremely satisfied with the service we have received. I would not hesitate to recommend this auto shop.

Fixed a nasty clicking sound coming from under my dash they also noticed another issue that was causing my AC to go in and out but I forgot to mention it. They communicated very well with text updates and friendly customer service. Got my truck back in no time at all. Highly recommend this shop!

I don’t even know where to start with how wonderful this business & the men who run it are. As a women that doesn’t know anything about cars it can be overwhelming to deal with car issues and most places are very misogynistic & snoody. I felt safe and taken care of the second I walked into this place with my daughter. I was helped by 3 outstanding gentleman that went above and beyond for me in every single way. In this day and age it is hard to find REAL MEN, that do REAL WORK for our community. These MEN do. I thank God I ended up at Western Auto because I will never be taking my car anywhere else! I might even by stopping by on a bad day too.. because this place would lift anybody up. Thank you Western Auto & the amazing men that put their hard work & HEARTS in here. You are loved and appreciated deeply.

I honestly never rate anything, so I can tell you if you're looking for a great mechanic willing to make sure everything works and give reasonable expectations while keeping you in the loop, this is the place you want to be. Everyone on the team was super helpful and even when I was concerned about my warranty company they helped reassure me. I will be keeping this place in mind if anything happens to my car.

Nice, professional, and capable team. Work preformed as priced (which was notably less expensive than the dealership pricing) and on time. They have services both of our cars - a Volvo and a Volkswagen - and I confidently recommend them.

Had a great first experience with Western Auto Service. I was impressed with their personnel and their process producing and providing a detailed report of the inspection. They are easy to work with, and professional with customers, no talking down to (or about) those of us who don't necessarily "speak" car. Excited to have found a reliable shop.

I sent my wife in to get brake changed while I was at work, and oh boy was that a mistake! Starting out they charged her for the inspection, which is commonly free everywhere else. Next, the mechanic LIED to my wife and said our caliper was seized and needed replacing as well as our rotors were destroyed from us having no break pads! He scared her saying it wouldnt make it out of the lot! Until she called me and I had to demand he give her keys back. He quoted her over 1000 dollars for the job and was very rude to my wife! We went to BIG O tire and not only was the caliper NOT seized, only the front breaks needed replacing and they weren't even all the way done! We got it done at big o for 450 dollars, take your ride there not to these guys. He wouldn't even give my wife his name!

I took in our car to have it checked over and see what work needed done before handing it down to our son. They got me in quickly, were friendly, and communicated clearly. I love that I got a link texted to me with a full checklist of everything assessed, complete with images and descriptions. Talking through their recommendations, I felt zero pressure and they helped me prioritize the work. A few days later they followed up with another text to see how things were going - a nice touch. I highly recommend them.

I took my hybrid to Western Auto Service because I had seen their sign offering free 2nd opinions. The communication was great, they provided estimates with color photos, and did exactly what they said they would do. Within 3 days, they had repaired a problem for 2/3 the cost I had been quoted by a local dealership's service department. They also didn't try to make me prepay to order the parts like the dealership did. I could not be more thrilled to have found my new mechanic!

I’d been putting off an oil change because I was tired of paying dealership prices for our 2024 Kia, since it’s hard to find anywhere with the right filter in stock. We unexpectedly had to make a trip out of town, and my wife found Western Auto. She called at 8:30 a.m. and they told her they would find the filter and gave her an appointment that afternoon. Fair prices and great service.

The team at Western Auto Service excel on everg level! This is the best auto service place I have been to. John and Jimmy were communicative and kept me in the loop on everything that they found and the process of repair. They were reasonable and you can feel the trustworthiness the second you step in their office. My car is running great and I am forever a Western Auto Service customer! Thank you!!!

UPDATE: The new owners with NOT stop contacting me after I have asked 4 times for them to stop. Seems when they took over the client book was sold with it. I wouldn’t mind it if I didn’t get a phony text ever 2-3 month and “ not seeing me recently”. I have never been in and can say I will not be. Stop texting people when they ask to be removed! Moved stars to zero if I could. **************************************** Old owners: This is the most honest and clear mechanic is have ever met. My windows stopped rolling down and I took it in to see them. Eric was the main person I spoke to about the issue and they were completely transparent on the estimated cost and time lines. They also explained the possible issues to me in a way that was understandable for someone who doesn’t know much about cars. It was such a nice change from other dealers/ mechanic I’ve worked with in the past. When all the parts were in they got to work and when it turned out to be something much simpler then we had first expected my final total reflected it. I saved a good amount of money because Eric and his team was honest and charged me accordingly. I would 100% recommend them.

Very quick turn around and phenomenal work. Had my vehicle up and running within a day. Explained the issues thoroughly and even gave me info and warning about potential further issues that would need addressing. All around great work and wonderful service.

Had my camary in for service my first time and let me tell you this place does not disappoint amazing service and staff. Your kid in the back Curtis is a amazing tech for his age. The old guy up front Jimmy super bubbly personality I recommend this place to everyone great team.
