Came here in a hurry because 2 of my tires were very worn down. i was in a bit of a sticky situation financially and told the manager i needed 2 tires. i had previously went to other tire shops and they wouldn't/ couldn't help me. when i called west coast tires they told me they could help me and work with my budget.and also look at some other things on my car. at first i was cautious due to the likelihood of women getting screwed over at places like this, but i still listened. he educated me about how cars work and why my tires were getting the way they were, and after this amazing team fixed my tires, they also threw in a tire patch for free due to my previous tire patch on my rear wheel, coming apart. i was so greatful for this. he told me that there was a lot of work needed done on my car (which is something i already knew due to the fact that my boyfriend is a mechanic.) but he let me know, that even though it's a lot of work, they would work with me financially given my budget, and situation :) i'm so happy that i was able to go to them and have them help me with my car! i definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any car repairs! they also offer financing, no credit needed! definitely check them out:)

NO VENGAN A ESTE TALLER, pésimo servicio fui por una alineación para mi auto tardaron más de 3 horas a pesar de que no había otros autos antes, eso no es lo peor al terminar mi auto quedó peor de cómo llego no se controlaba se jalaba hacia los lados y les comenté que el carro no venía así y me dijeron que estaba dañada toda la suspensión que necesitaban cambiarle todas las piezas, me pasaron el costo de la mano de obra 1,800 dlls más el costo de todas las piezas, no conforme con su trabajo mediocre fui a otro taller a que me checaran el trabajo que habían echo y la persona me mostró que el auto estaba muy mal alineado y me comentó que algunos talleres hacen eso para que compres piezas que no necesitas, y para finalizar los precios son muy exagerados 190 dlls por alineación y todavía que me lo dejaron muy mal reclame mi dinero y comentaron que no hacían devolución, en el segundo taller que fui solo me cobraron 70 dlls por la alineación y el auto quedó a la perfección sin necesidad de comprar ninguna pieza

I always come here when my tire is flat (which is a lot of times lol) but I'm never disappointed when I leave. They're awesome humans that don't overcharge!
