Honest mechanic. Works fast. Highly recommend. Doesn't suggest needless repairs. Checked out an engine light code, fixed it, and told me my alternator was on it's way out. Gave me plenty of time to verify the diagnosis, find a good replacement, and then installed it at my next oil change. Update: they're still awesome.

I love my neighborhood auto place. I have nothing but good things to say about them. As I'm sitting there waiting for my car to be finished, I noticed that many of the customers are also repeats. That's a good thing in my opinion! I definitely recommend them to service your car.

I cannot say enough great things about this auto shop. They have seriously helped me out when I really needed major car repairs. They are so kind and do not overcharge just to make an extra buck. The men that work in there are so kind, respectful, and know what they are doing. Thank you guys for all you do! 10/10

Great service, dropped my car off about 2 PM on a Friday for rear brake services. I work nearby and they had someone drop me off at my office! They were done by 4:30-5 PM, so not long at all and the price was comparable to most places around. The office drop off and the time it took were the perks I benefited from. Very nice and easy to work with!

I got my oil and rear breaks changed here. It was one of the best experience I have ever had at a car shop. Especially, compared to Ford dealership where I used to service my car. No annoying upselling, honest, and they got it done much faster. They even texted a few days later to check if everything was going great with my car after the service. I would come back here again and recommend to my family and friends.

I've been here a time or two for my state inspection, but this last time, I needed major work on my car. With the diagnosis from the dealership, parts were ordered and the repairs completed the same day. Couldn't have asked for better service!! The staff is also always courteous and professional.

Very trustworthy, very modest, very demure. Woman approved ✨. All the workers are kind and patient with questions. I came here several times to get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) and since buying my vehicle continue to drive 25 mins to come here anytime I need something! I found this shop highly rated on a Reddit sub. Chad and Brian (I think his name is) are wonderful

I was given a $1,200 estimate to repair something with my car that in the end, ended up being a simple key replacement because the key was worn out. They gave me an elaborate story of how “complex” the issue was- when in reality it was a simple fix that they wanted to take advantage of. I wanted to get a second opinion before spending so much money so I decided to retrieve my vehicle. They initially wanted to charge me $100 just to “inspect” it and in the end only charged me $32.96 because they wanted to do me a “favor.” On the receipt they labeled it as a battery inspection just to have something written on the paper even though it was nothing related to my battery. I noticed the splash shield/ plastic protector under my car was damaged when I got it back- and it looks like this was done intentionally since now it’s just hanging on by a piece of plastic someone at the shop must’ve tied around it- which will rip off any minute. You all didn’t even bother to tell me and I’m not sure if this was done to retaliate because I refused service. I’m scared to bring it back here just in case more damage happens to my car. After reading the other negative reviews about costly service, coming up with additional issues to get more money, extending service times to rack up the costs, etc- it all sounds familiar because you tried to do the same to me. I initially came here because of the positive reviews, but I’m not sure if you trick people into doing them because I honestly don’t believe it. This place is such a scam and I’m so glad I picked up my car before you made matters worse. This is the first negative review I ever write, but I hope it at least helps one person in the future to avoid this place. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people who initially trust you. In response to your reply- I did end up finding someone yesterday, hence why I started my review by saying that it was a simple fix which cost me 10% of the $1,200 you wanted to charge me. I used a tow truck because the car obviously wouldn’t start, but I was there when the tow truck picked up the car and dropped it off. No damage was done to the vehicle on their end. That was done inside your shop.

We had a very good experience at Westchase Auto Repair Center. I'm really thankful that they did good work on changing the water pump. In a few hours we were ready to be on our way and have our car back. I would go back there again if I needed a car repair. The boss was friendly, yes everyone was friendly. Especially Chad was caring and assuring. I needed that comfort. The repair shop was at a good location nearby where our car broke down. We were a bit worried since the hot light came on, but they figured it out. They diagnosed it well and fixed it perfectly.

I brought in my bmw x3 for break fluid as soon as they opened at 7am and got a text by 8:45 saying it was ready. Granted he did let me know that most mechanics don’t arrive until about 9-9:30 and that it will take about 3 hrs because they had other cars to do first but guaranteed me it would be ready before 12. They are really nice here and give you a ride home if you’re within a mile of the location. The pricing was the lowest I got quoted in the area another place wanted to charge me $200 for what I needed done. Nonetheless I will be bringing my other car to get serviced.
