I had a great experience as West Wind was the first and only place I went to for my auto body repair . Tony took me into the office and I saw him work out the price for my repairs. He stated if I can find any price less than what he quoted to please bring in the contract and that he will most likely be able to match it!I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days but it took a few days longer which was fine as when I received my car back it was immaculately clean and wash! Also, the office and shop were very neat , clean and tidy! I def8itely would come back if I am in need of auto body work or I would not hesitate to recommend family or friends! Thank you Tony and Shannon for a great experience! My car has never looked so clean and yiu could not tell where the damage was! The paint job was superb! They matched the color perfectly to the original paint!

Well where can I start this bodyshop was in the list when I searched up bodyshops in the area but let me tell you from start to finish I was at ease with the whole process they made it easy for me to get a rental in the mean time and when it was time for picking up my vehicle the process was the easiest one so far took the keys for the rental and said we will return it for you and here are your keys and off I was on my way home with my truck in the job aspect I will recommend 100% because I was satisfied with the work and the technicians very polite descriptive and overall amazing Tony was awesome with everything on this bodyshop experience very happy with their work.

West Wind is the only place I would take my car for body repair work. The quality of the work is excellant and pricing (if you are paying) is very fair. And importantly, West Wind has a very effective relationship with insurance companies. I wish there were more than 5 stars.

Westwind was easily the most efficient, reliable, and quality-driven auto shop I’ve ever used. They smoothed the way for insurance, got the parts, and delivered the car a day earlier than expected. Like new. Couldn’t be happier to have used them.

DON’T TRUST THE 5* REVIEWS - the owner Tony pays to have all bad reviews deleted. DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN. They add a complementary wash for my car, however left my car with a NEW CRACK that was not present when dropping the vehicle (see before and after pictures). On pointing out the owner Tony blatantly refused to take any responsibility and when I was disappointed and mentioned I will leave a review and wouldn’t come back again there, He mentioned he will have my review deleted. That’s their customer service - they only care about making money and don’t give a shit about customer experience. They added a new crack to my car which will take me thousands of dollars to repair.

Got rear-ended and the other driver’s insurance was taking care of it. Saw the good reviews and decided to call. Shannon was super helpful in explaining how it works and getting us in to get the estimate. Once they were ready, told us what to expect and our car was in and out in the amount of time expected. They did an amazing job replacing and repairing and the car looks as good as new—better since the washed it before getting it back to us.

I had an excellent experience with West Wind Automotive! They did a fantastic job replacing my rear bumper with a brand-new one. The turnaround time was incredibly fast—just two days! When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to find it cleaned as well. Huge thanks to Tony and Shannon for their outstanding service. I really appreciate everything they did!

My catalytic converter was stolen, again, and I took my car to West Wind for the repairs. Shannon and the team made a really frustrating and inconvenient experience much easier. They made getting and returning the rental car practically painless. They kept me informed, and returned my car much cleaner than they got it.

Tony and team did an amazing job. The bodywork was handled great, and the car looks like new after substantial damage. They also made it extremely easy to handle the whole process, including the return of the rental car provided by GEICO. Very professional and efficient team.

I would give West Wind Automotive a TEN. If you want your car to be repaired and not worry about how it, then take it to this place. Tony and his crew did a wonderful job in replacing my front fender, back fender and grill. You'll be glad you took your car to him. Tony and Shannon are both very professional. I did take my car to several other places, but I didn't get a good feeling with the owners. I had to search on the internet. West Wind Automotive had very great reviews. I took my car there and Tony told me all the repairs that needed to be done. The quality of work that was done by West Wind Automotive was beautiful!

Had a great experience. Very responsive. Shannon and Tony were great. Brought car in for estimate and was told estimator would get back to me later in the day. He did and gave a pretty accurate figure. Was told it would take four days and it did. Got a courtesy Lyft back home after dropping off the car. Finished job was immaculate; showroom condition.

Absolutely impressed by the service. Had a little bump in my Toyota Prius C across 2 panels and they made it look like nothing ever happened. Shannon kept me updated with texts about the progress so I never had to check in. Tony was super nice when he gave me the quick initial inspection. Returned my car looking super clean and even cleared the fog on my headlights. This is your place!

My husband has been a loyal West Wind Automotive customer for the past 30 years and myself for the last 20. Our Mercedes needed major body work recently due to an accident. The manager Tony and administrator Shannon are warm, professional and very supportive. The manager Tony reassured us that he’d take care of returning our car like new. Shannon took care of coordinating our insurance claim and was always available to help with questions. Before we knew it, our car was returned in perfect, mint condition! It’s difficult to trust that a business will treat you with kindness and consistently perform their work with honesty and professional perfection. West Wind Automotive continues to meet that standard for the last 30 years!

Wonderful service. Went with my car door misaligned due to an accident. They looked at it and fixed it in a jiffy. Did not try to upsell and were more than reasonable. Very honest and honorable, which is rare to find in auto body repair industry. Highly recommend.
