Very friendly! I stopped by for a scrapping noise caused by a loose plate on the under carriage. The mechanic happy to help and the service was quick!

Great technicians, horrible building design! Don't go in the afternoon unless you want to roast inside a glass box waiting for your car, with no shade or water offered.

If I could’ve gave no stars I would’ve. Whoever answers the phone there is rude and not worried about business. Didn’t even get to finish the conversation the customer service was so bad and all I did was call. I’m trying to spend some money and I will not be spending any place that can’t at least answer simple questions decently.

Friendly old fashed automotive service shop. They do motorcycle inspections and are near UNCG, so it's convenient if you happen to work or are a student there.

Called him asking if he could diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start. Described the issue and what's been done so far, mentioned I would have to have it towed, and he said he to bring it the following morning. Did so, and got turned away angrily over unrelated cosmetic issues to my vehicle with no further looking into anything by him. I used to have good experiences with him in the past with another vehicle but I will never trust him again after his setting me up to waste time and money today.

I have consistently been blown away at the affordability and quality of repair provided by West Lee St. Auto. Having grown up in a family of mechanics I do not trust easily, and found this shop after a mechanic on Spring Garden Street misquoted/requoted repairs multiple times. If you are a college student or strapped for cash, which many in the neighborhood are, this is the best auto shop you can go to for quality of work and economic pricing.
