Thank you guys. My clutch was going out. Joseph and the crew in Kearney Mesa took good care of my vehicle (@ 99+k miles). And they did so within a quite reasonable, professional time frame. Was expensive, but I completely understand the work that had to go into removing transmission parts, etc. 5/5, no complaints here. Again, thank all you gentlemen. 2yr/24k warrant, here's hoping I don't need to return due to that work, but I am definitely planning to be back for maintenance. I salute you, Fellas. 🫡

Check engine light fixed, so that’s good, took car to Discount tire after $1100 quote to fix TPMs, cost $320 and done in an hour. I would have done brake fluid flush and trans fluid change at 110 k on 2013 jeep grand Cherokee, but Those were both 1100 each as well. The check engine light is fixed. So all good, But prices seem unrealistic, probably would not return

Joe and Christian were really nice, and I appreciated the shuttle rides to and from home. But the quote to get my car fixed was up to double compared to the quotes I received from other shops. Went with a different shop.

Very quick and professional. I got a transmission malfunction light on after my battery died and had issues driving; they were able to figure out what happened and fix it the same day for a very reasonable price (which they were upfront about, no hidden costs). Definitely feel like I can trust them and would recommend! Thx!

Joseph was very complete and concise with his explanation of the diagnostic report concerning my 2000 Toyota Camry LE V6 engine. My concern was engine stumbling and stalling after start up,and then once running barely any power transfer to drive wheels. This engine only has 152,000 miles on it ,only two owners before me and they were in same family so I have history of car and West Automotive Kearny Mesa assured me that the diagnostic tools they used show no engine damage just some oil leaks and oxygen sensors and externals to the engine just needed replacement. Upon further inspection I was informed of issues I didn't know I had with this Camry. So I highly recommend paying for the full inspection even if you know what work you need done. They won't try to wrangle you into more work,just inform you of possible issues with your car down the road. You can trust West Automotive Kearny Mesa. And to top it off the owner answers his emails immediately . Brian himself was ready to help with any problem I had. Much Respect. Kevin O Johnson

After getting a brake job by someone else,and when I was not happy I was treated as if ,hey you paid now move on,Went to kearny mesa auto and Did a brake job a year later,and was very satisfied, they kept me informed and said any problem come back. I have no problems 😊

Apparently if you have a scheduled appt. for an oil change and are physically there and "on-time", cars dropped off the night before are technically ahead of you and it's "first come, first serve"...? Good Grief

I can’t sing enough praises about our hybrid van service!! The customer service is top notch!! From the front guys Joseph and Brandon to our driver Nick, everyone made us feel like VIPs and our car service was fantastic!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Previously we had been going to our dealership for hybrid repairs and have dealt with quite rude and abrupt customer service. Our van would be stuck at the dealership leaving us without our family car at times, and we would have to rent another van on our dime. At West Kearny Mesa Auto they ensured we would get our van at the end of the day which we did and they even installed my 5 year old daughter’s car seat in their shuttle and brought us back and forth to the Auto center!! We have become customers for life!!

Great people and a very nice facility. The free ride there and back was unexpected, extremely convenient and very pleasant. I, reluctantly, knocked one star off the rating because Joseph agreed to check and repair a problem with the wind deflection panel under the front, right fender but it was not repaired and it was not mentioned when I picked up my car. I should have checked it before I left but it was late and I wanted to beat the traffic so it is partly my fault. Next time I'll be sure that everything is written down before I leave. Bottom line; I have two hybrids and I will be using this organization to take care of both of them. I will be back.
