EDIT: Within 20 mins or less I received a phone call from the owner himself explaining what happened the day of my service and offered a way to try to make it right. I will allow a second chance, and will edit my review after the next date of service to better reflect my overall combined experience. I will update stars as each interaction is made. Horrible service! Will not be returning! I brought in two vehicles and told them I needed one ready before the other, and they promised me they would take care of that car first. Guess what? They didn’t. They seemed under staffed, took 45 mins to an hour to do ONE oil change, and it was on the car I asked them to do last of the two I brought in. This caused so much unnecessary and un-needed stress. I needed to leave because I had something extremely important to do, and I was so frustrated that I ended up walking out to never return. I’ve still have yet to get my oil changed when I tried to support their business.

$159 for a Volkswagen oil change . They have lost their minds. The Volkswagen don’t even have it that high. The previous owner offered 6 changes and rotations for $169. Highway robbery.

What differentiates them from other auto repairs in the area is service and lightning speed repairs! You don't feel like you're being hustled because your in a bad predicament. Lucas and Sandra will break down the issues and help you out to the best of their ability ! Took me 2 hours to get a tow truck and lucas was upset because he could have gotten me one in 30 mins or less and that's the Customer care you don't see anymore pshh who needs progressive when you've got Service Street!!!!

I went here to get my state inspection. Very swift process, 20mins or so and done! The lady and the gentleman at the front desk are very welcoming. They have a small waiting room but are sufficient and comfortable. I think I will come back for some service if needed. Thank you!

No transparency, delay on getting things done, lied about my engine being the problem, my check engine light came on after they were done working on it, loose pieces were found from my car, a massive oil spill was found underneath my car when my car never leaked, charged me $800 for a diagnostic/labor, and still didn't fix anything. I feel like they made my car worse

Sandy was fantastic, informative, fair with quote, and discussed potential options to fit my budget. She gave great advice for the state of my car and explained everything in an understanding way, and gave very fair quotes, this is a great place to come to regularly.

I've been a customer here for four years, but I will never return. In the past I came to get my coils and starter replaced, and the old company overcharged me for the wrong parts, causing more issues. When I complained, the owner and supervisor gave me five free oil changes. Today, they claimed there was no record of my issue and refused to honor the free oil change. I shouldn't have to argue to receive what was promised. This place lacks integrity. Don't waste your time or money here.

Brought my car in they found a problem with the front suspension. Ok 1200 later I go back and in the process they had damaged an abs sensor. They promised to fix it so ok. They failed to fix it and then they became incredibly rude. 4 times they promised to call me back and never once did. Even the manager said I will call you back before 5 and never called. Trust them with your car at your own peril.

Brought the car in for overheating. They replaced my brakes and didn't even bother to check the fluids. Now my car is ruined because they let me drive off the lot without any coolant. I just finished paying off $2,300 for new brakes. And these clowns wanted another $1700 on top of it to MAYBE fix the damage caused by the overheating. That's right, they couldn't even assure me that after I dumped ANOTHER $1700 that it would fix it. Absolutely the worst shop I have ever been to. I'd say that they were a scam, but that would imply some level of competence that I just don't think these guys have.

The staff that I encountered at the counter and on the phone today were nothing short of incompetent. I called in asking what the current wait for an oil change is. I was told that he didn't know because they only have 2 bays used for oil changes, and they are both occupied. I told him I understood and then asked if he could estimate the wait. He then said he wasn't sure but that I could go online to schedule a time that best fits my availability. I told him I'm available now since I'm coming from work and they are on my way home. He said well one car has a wheel lock that the techs nor customer has and not sure when they will get one. The other bay is waiting on a filter to complete an oil change. (why would you start an oil change before making sure you have what is needed to complete it?)I then suggest that while they are waiting for parts to come in, can they do a quick oil change. He then says no because they are waiting for parts. I arrive at the location and let the guy know I was the gentleman that just called. He tells me it will be about an hour wait while they wait on parts. I replied that it is very possible to complete another oil change in half that time. He then says he needs to ask the techs. While I'm waiting due him to return, another associate comes to the desk and asks if I've been helped. I respond "not really". I tell him I would like an oil change. He asks, would you like to leave it? (In my mind I'm like, for an oil change?) If not I can schedule you for tomorrow. I said unfortunately I won't be able to come back tomorrow nor will I be able to leave it here. He said that it would be at least 20 minutes before they can finish one car and that it would rage 45 minutes to do my oil change. I am him why would it take that long, I just wanted a simple oil change. He says because we have to run digital inspection. I told him I don't care for the inspection, especially since it's only used as an uncharge tactic. He said unfortunately it's policy. I try one last time and ask "even if I decline the inspection"? He did we have to. In my mind, any business who cares to make money wouldn't turn away business while at a stand still for for being properly stocked or prepared. I've been patronizing this location for over 10 years even back when they were called Driver's Auto. It has definitely fallen off.
