Car wouldn’t start and these guys were able to fit me in the very next day after I had it towed to them. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it, charging reasonable prices. Customer service was fantastic. I will likely be coming here in the future with even just regular maintenance on my vehicle because of this positive experience.

I highly recommend using West County Auto Body. I've been in the auto business for quite a while and I have to say that Rob and his crew are some of the best to work with. I recently had body repair done and they went above and beyond what I expected. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I got what was needed and Amy kept me up to date on the progress of the work till the very end. Great body work if you can get through the women on the front end. They are rude as can be. I had my car fixed in the spring and they did a great job. I was just in another accident and tried to set an appointment. Let's just say I am taking it somewhere else. It's crazy how unprofessional their front end staff are.

These guys know what they are doing and how to make their customers happy. I brought my truck in for hail damage and they did an awesome job with it. I even had a tight deadline when I needed my vehicle back and they delivered! I will definitely use them again in the future

I’m picky AF about who I let touch my vehicles and the fact that I trust them with my precious Blazer says a lot. Only body shop I’d trust for her honestly.

I have been getting help from West County Auto Body over 30 years! The whole staffs, Ron, Rob, Pat , Mary & other staffs are all very nice and helpful! Pat is a Qualified & Professional Mechanic! He is sincere, honest & friendly, he would only recommend to do the necessary repairs, he would try his best to complete the job timely. Rob T. is the Collision Auto Body expert! He knows in & out of parts & body of different brands of Autos; He is experienced in handling Insurance claims with reasonable price and you will be happy to receive your car back after his excellent repairs and painting jobs, like New!

I really don't leave reviews unless its necessary. This is very necessary. WCAB first fixed a scrape to my front left bumper flawlessly within a week. Then I took my car back last week to get scratches removed from my trunk and a new tailgate piece replaced. They not only did that but removed scratches from the front bumper and removed glass from a door previously broken into for little to nothing. This was all done within 3 days. They fixed my back windshield wiper on the spot 1 day as well. They are the real deal and truly care about their customers. My only thing is, I had to call and check on my car both times to be told it was ready. They're super busy so I just figured that was the reason. Quality work, I would go back again.

I brought my daughter's car in for some body repairs, and instead of overcharging and overselling, Rob suggested that we buff out the areas and repaint, which saved a ton of money. The car looked great at a fraction of the expected cost. WCAB is an honest car shop, and that is difficult to find.

West County Auto is awesome. They fix the problem, not just gues and replace everything and hope the issu is fixed. Mosy chain shops want to maximize there charges while doing the easiest jobs, like just replace it all without knowing what the issue really is. My daughter's tires were always loosing ar. CarX said our 1 year old tirers were bad and were deteriating on the inside. We stupidly bought a new set. We still returned multiple of times as the new tires still kept loosing air. I finally took her car to WCA and they ground the rim lip. No more leaks. We are now WCA clients. These guys are what a repair shop should be. Family run
