We came in to get a warranty job on the rear brakes on a Nissan maxima… they replace the rotors and brake pads without a problem.. they had just replace the front pads and rotors last month with warranty also so they cover the cost since we had already paid cost for the front pads and rotors… I would recommend them to anyone very helpful and understanding… Jose was a man of his word with warranty my old parts to new parts thank you guys

Don’t get the Groupon deal for half off the oil change there are hidden fees and in the end you pay the full price. I’ll never trust my car with such unethical people. If you advertise half off the customer should get exactly that!

I had a very pleasant experience. I went for an alignment and discovered I had some other issues going on with the suspension and front tires. Ended up having to fix the problems before getting the alignment and I feel like the pricing was very fair and customer service was great. Front desk tried very hard to help me know all of my options and went above and beyond. I feel they are very honest and reliable.

I feel bad for the owner because of Jose this location gets this grade. I called at 2 to ask for an appointment for oil change he didn't have an availability that day and gave me 1:00 the next day. I called at 1:07 advising on the answer machine that I was running late. They called me back and spoke with Jose I told him I'm the 1:00 running late and that I'm on my way. I'm clear across town, I arrive and no attendance in the stalls. I waited and saw another car that arrived after me. They helped her 1 St then a man approached my car I tell him who I am. He looks at his watch it's now 1:17 and he said we'll it's almost 1:30. I was blown away!!!! I'm also a business and my client extended his appointment and hence made me late. This man was rude and had no service with obviously my $$ that I gave this business ahead of time. I bought a Groupon. He could have told me not to come to make another appointment. **Update** I had to correct my review. I’m going to give this review to God!!! Giving all praise! What the enemy meant for evil God changed it for good. The owner took his time and searched for me to offer to compensate my bad experience! He asked me to give the business another chance and I appreciate and extended another opportunity. I value honesty and ethics. In this day and age most the world is fast to push blame and not make it right. Thank you West Coast Tire & Auto Center for going above and beyond to rectify and bridge a gap🙏. It gave me an opportunity to pray for him and his business and he turned and prayed for me and my small business🙏🙌

Terrible service , did a bad oil change on my sisters car and didn’t even offer to refund her , gas was all over her engine and the cap which resulted in oil all over her car wasn’t even secured correctly you would of expected more empathy at least for there mistake!

I had a great experience at this shop. Nayeli at the front desk and the gentlemen were friendly and straight forward. They quoted me the best price out of other local shops I called. Good prices and work. Gustavo the mechanic did a clean job on my valve covers. Even cleaned them up. I thought they were naturally black but they are silver! I'll be coming back for any future work.

Honestly had a great experience at this place. Apparently there’s new management and it shows. Went there last year and my experience was okay but decided to give them another try and they did amazing. Jose really helped me find the best price for my tires and helped detect an issue in my car I would have never known about if he didn’t check. Definitely worth going.

These guys are great. We were out-of-towners on a road trip and pulled in just as they were about to close. Even though there was no time to do a repair, they offered to diagnose our issue. They were able to point out some failing bushings and topped off the air in our tires, all while being super friendly, giving us advice on how to seek repairs when we got home. Would definitely go back… the next time we drive though. ;)

I went to have two tires changed on my trailer. I met with the Manager Mark who is from Fresno and is currently helping out at the store. Mark was wonderful. We were able to find a common conversation and we talked until my trailer was complete. It made the time feel like 5 minutes. Mark is a great guy and the workers completed the work in a timely manner. I will be returning.

My wife found this place today!! They gave her a great deal!! Tire alignment was only $76 and oil change was only $60!! Cheapest place in town!! Thank you again to Manager Izzy for taking the time out to help my wife today!!

NOT OPEN SATURDAYS. Was booked an appt today at 9:30 over the phone and drove 15 miles for no reason. Says open mon-sat on door but closed Sundays. Also says open on Google today till 6. I’ll have to pay an additional $20 in gas just to get here again.

Very disappointed. We called ahead of time. They didn't want to make it an appointment. I was heading out of town early the next day. Just told us to be there by 3:30. I was there by said time and I was informed they were closing early and oh yeah sorry someone walked in before you. I said but I got the Groupon coupon deal to you. They said they should refund it to you. I spent $40.00 to get refunded it refunded back in Groupon bucks. Then I went to jiffy lube behind the WestCoast and had to spend an additional $60.00. But jiffy lube had excellent customer service!!
