I used this place awhile back. I saw some good reviews on a website to come here for my European vehicle. What I realized with dealing with this place is that unless you are their regular customer they will neglect you and rip you off. I dropped off my vehicle here and I told them I will be travelling and I would like my vehicle back when I return a month. When I came back to Houston in a month later my vehicle was not ready. They kept giving me a bunch of lies and told me they will work on it. After 2 months, I came by to pick up my car and the check engine light was still on. They told me they looked at it and wanted to charge me $140 to look at it. These guys are a bunch of frauds. Instead of just letting me have my car back for free because they did NOTHING!! They came up with a stupid invoice to say they looked at my car and charge me $140 to look at it. I don't know what respectable mechanic would charge anyone for not repairing their vehicles.

I have always had fast and amazing service here. The owner is on site every day. An awesome family-owned neighborhood repair shop that is honest and trustworthy.

Went for an oil change, got an oil change, they finished fast and I was able to get to all my appointments in time. I had gone to another local shop but the owner was not organized or handling his business with resolution. I feel confident recommending friends and family young and old men and women to get car repairs and maintenance here. He doesn't waste your time, or his 👊

First of all, they will fix your car. Nidal knows what he is doing, and you can rest assured he will get your car repaired. Secondly, he is 100% honest. He will assess your problem and give you a fair price for the work. They are always busy, but any wait is worth it.

They were fast to repair my vehicle and more importantly I got a fair price, meanwhile another place quoted me for things I didn't even need replaced. West Bellfort Auto Repair now has a customer for life!

Went for an inspection and the guy was rude. I think it was the owner. He said I can’t do it now. So I asked should I wait or come back? And he said come back tomorrow and make sure you come earlier. Ok sure I’ll be sure to tell my job that.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! The bad reviews almost made me steer clear but I’m so glad I gave Nidal and his staff a chance. He answered the phone on Sunday when they were closed. Tow truck driver dropped car off at the shop and Nidal said have him give keys to Sunny’s next door, people do it all the time. He heard I was still nervous and he said I’ll go get the keys from them today and I’ll call you when I have them and we will get you fixed up tomorrow. We did just that and Nidal called when he had them and saw my car. The next day it was ready by 5:30 and they had my car running again. The gentleman that took my payment was just the sweetest. I had my 4 nephews under age of 10 and it started pouring down rain, he asked how can I help get you safely to the car. He helped guide the boys out with me and then as I’m pulling away flagged me down because I dropped my wallet!!!!! I can’t express enough how grateful I am and they just earned a lifelong customer!!!

This place is awesome!!! Amazing work, great work ethic, and the customer service is top tier. At this point, Nidal and his employees are the only mechanics I trust with my car care. They’re awesome about working with me to make sure the job is done right. Highly highly recommend!

Be VERY CAUTIOUS when using this place!!! I used West Bellfort Auto Repair place several times to do repairs for my vehicle so eventually I met the owner, Nidal and his cute little bulldog. Nidal comes across as a nice guy but I soon discovered he is a shady person. Since I have done several repairs with them, I eventually I had to ask about certain repairs that was not done right. He would never return my calls. He always had his assistance call me back to give me some excuse. Within about a year when I had a part replaced by West Bellfort Auto Repair, this part broke down that left me stranded on a busy freeway. I had to tow my vehicle to a local mechanic. My current mechanic told me specifically that this particular part was never replaced because of all the wear and tear on it. This was after only 1 year that I paid West Bellfort Auto Repair to replace this part. There was absolutely no way that this part would break down. Nidal has a very awkward staff that seems to be unfriendly too that will eye you up and down as if they are up to something.

Nidal is the best mechanic you would ever find. He is knowledgeable, honest, fast and always takes care of my cars and family and friends car with exceptional service and care. I have been taking our family cars there for over 10 years. Highly recommended. One time my jaguar flooded and after he repaired it the car was better than before. That's how good of a mechanic he is! You are in good hands!

This was my first time there it was a great and stress less time. I got my head done my timing belt and an oil leak it got there Thursday out by Monday Nadal is the best mechanic on this side of the Earth.
