Had good experiences here in the past but have mostly been going to the dealership in recent years. Used them again today and they were super helpful and charged way less than the dealership quoted. Will be a returning customer.

This shop and owner was amazing! I had a problem with my 2018 Cadillac and the owner diagnosed the issue immediately. He was so fast and efficient. I will definitely come back here again. Fantastic service!

I placed a call to West Allis Auto Repair to have my 2012 Chrysler 300 checked out. The person that answered the phone stated that because my car wasn't making a noise, there wouldn't be any way to find a solution for the hard ride and poor handling I'm experiencing. I was then advised to go back to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle from. I was told to have a repair person from the dealership ride with me to determine what the problem could be. No one at this shop can follow the advice of the person that answered the phone.I was referred to this shop by a co-worker. I"m only giving one star because the system wouldn't allow this post, without at least one. Would I recommend this shop. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ken does great work on our cars. I never feel like I am getting ripped off by my mechanic. Ken's prices are fair and can get us in pretty quickly for oil changes and most repairs. Definitely an expert on car repair!

I went to store and tried to make him change my cars timing belt, He said leave your phone number I will call you back for details, but no returning to costumers. He has no courtesy.

I’ve been coming here off and on since I owned my first car. My dad been coming there since their original shop. I recently just moved back and they are the only place I would bring my car. The owner is a guy who you can trust and cares. Never have I had an issue with their work. I guess if your looking for Starbucks and pampering as you wait, then a dealership should be more your style. Then again I would rather have a trustworthy shop at fair prices!

Very rude over the phone, seemed like I was annoying him w my question. Made me feel dumb by the tone of his voice. Learn how to speak to customers. It's a Monday morning, I get it, we all hate Mondays, but don't be a dick about a question.

This place is "THEE place" to get your car repairs done. Great bunch of guys who do great work. I typically do my own repairs do to bad experiences with shops that ether over charge, do crappy work, or say you need work that you don't (like I said, I know cars) but I needed a lift and don't have one. You can trust these guys to give you a fair price and do an expert job. These guys are pros. Don't take a chance by going somewhere else. P.S. For you people crying about how someone sounds on the phone, stupid way to pick a good mechanic. smh Glad I didn't listen to you.
