We were on our way out of town, heard some flapping under the car. We were in a hurry, it was actually kind of an emergency trip, and we pulled into Websters. Long story short, they took the car for a ride, put it up and saw that the idiots at Firestone who had done our oil change hadn’t adhered the lower hood back in place. They understood our dilemma, fixed it, didn’t charge us a nickel. We’ve used them forever, perhaps that’s why we were treated so nicely, but I love these guys, recommend them to everybody, all the time.

I think what matters most about an automobile service repair is trust, quality, and customer service. They rate five stars on these! I’ve been a customer at Webster’s for 20 years. I trust them to do a good job and trust that they do not try to charge for unnecessary repairs. Their customer service has always been stellar as well. I recently had a small issue that Webster’s went out of their way to resolve to my satisfaction. So they also get five stars for Customer Service. The only reason I deducted one star is because I was disappointed to learn they now charge an additional 3% to use a credit card. I know some companies do this to recoup the fees charged to them for processing cards. It is the first I’ve seen in Greensboro. I consider it a cost of doing business, just like their utility bills. With the exception of charging a credit card fee, they rate a five star. If that’s not a big deal to you as a customer, I would highly recommend Webster’s!

the staff was extremely through in discovering the issue with my brakes resulting in an extended service stay. the shuttle service was beneficial as I had to redo my schedule to, accommodate this period of time without a vehicle. as always the staff was friendly and helpful.

I called yesterday to speak with Roger, the owner. I was told he is in semi-retirement. I was told that I would receive a call about my V70 2006.. Won’t start. I have yet to hear back. Tured of wairing. Took the car elsewhere.

I am not sure what happened since the first time my daughter took her car to this place but the second was not acceptable. They over charged her for parts and labor which is why the warranty company would only pay what the charges was supposed to have been, and charged her for the deductible that was already included in the bill with the warranty company. They also completed the work without first consulting with her about the changes of the charges. This put her in the position to be forced to pay what they wanted because they had already completed the work which was more than what she signed and agreed to pay. They took advantage of the fact that she's away from college so her parents could not come to handle this before it went this far. They only saw her alone every time. We all know how that goes. They hurting this bad for money that they would rob a college student of a thousand dollars, using a warranty company, no telling what else they are doing. Having a warranty should never bring your charges to a thousand dollars when the deductible is 200. They refuse to return my call about the matter and we will not be returning to this place. 👎🏽

My husband and I love and trust Webster’s! I’ve mostly worked with Wes. He has always been kind, respectful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. I have had a continuous issue with flashing lights (4-5 lights at variable flashing speeds) on the dash of my 13 year old Subaru for years. The dealership has had my car a few times for days/weeks at a time with no resolution and I just gave up. I decided to take it to Webster’s last week because it was the only issue with my car and was driving me crazy. No lie - it was fixed within 2 days, including the time to order the part. They constantly have delivered for my family and worked to be cost effective at every turn. I cannot recommend them more highly.
