Ken helped me and my friend through the process and was professional, up front, and to the point. No time was wasted and the turn around time for getting a diagnosis done on the car was only a day for a good price. This business also had an awesome feature that shows you pictures/videos with the mechanic notes on the problem that they see. It was very cool and I’ll definitely come back. My company truck broke down while I was working out in New Braunfels area. I was traveling back to Houston when my truck front bearing hubs broke and my truck was not drivable anymore. My company boss made some phone calls and Weber AutoWerks was recommended to my boss. I was treated like a friend from the time my truck was towed to their shop and I arrived and met the most friendly and knowledgeable management and service team members. I thought I would end up spending my entire work day waiting for my company truck to be repaired but the Weber AutoWerks team expeditiously repaired my truck and I was back to work within a few hours. I am now a big fan of the team at Weber AutoWerks and I definitely highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately I had two vehicles that needed some work at the same time. I was stressing about how much it was going to cost and how long it would take to be completed. I like going to locally owned places vs these big corporate ones. I’m am extremely glad I found Weber Autowerks. Granite I did spend upwards of 4500.00 for both vehicles to be fixed. When you spend that much you get weary about what you’re really spending the money on. I would lie if I didn’t say I started searching prices of everything that needed to be fixed to see how much the part costs compared to what they were charging me for the part. I didn’t find anything that they were over charging me for, granite I know they need to make money too. Well bottom line and to my point it was money well spent. I felt a difference in both vehicles right away. You know when you come here you’re getting your money’s worth. I will for ever bring all my vehicles here . Thanks Guys and Gals
