When this place say they care about your car that's exactly what they mean. Me. Marcus called me and seen that I was upset with service and said let me fix it. Definitely did fixed every problem I had made sure I left happy most importantly my car is happy and running great. If your looking for affordable and dependable people that will stick to their word choose them I'm very grateful☺️

I came here just driving by. Boy am I glad I did. The customer service was exceptional. Greeted upon entering the door and was in/out in no time. Great pricing/service. Will return again. Update: I returned on 2/3/25 for service to my car and the customer service is now lack luster. The service advisor Greg Stubs was rude and even felt comfortable saying a sexist remark. As a paying customer and most importantly a human, everyone deserves respect and decency. Going forward I will take my business elsewhere. Ladies especially beware, you’ve been warned if you decide to patronize this business.

Very nice people! Honest and great customer service. Talked me through what was wrong with my car and showed me the problem. Super fast service. Had my car fixed the same day. Offered me a ride home while my car was being repaired.

Took my new Audi Q7 in for a full synthetic oil change and: 1) The customer service is 💯 2) The technician was very knowledgeable even on the German vehicle. 3) I was in and out within an hour (small hold-up because the filter needed to be delivered) 4) And last but certainly not least, the oil change would've cost me $238 (+ fees) so to get it done here at 'We Fix Cars' for $50 is GREAT!!! ** I'll be back in a few weeks to get my brakes done **

I came in for the oil change special. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a friendly good morning. They got my information and keys, took my car right in. They checked my other fluids, showed them to me and explained the colors. They quickly and efficiently changed my oil. I recommend this place for great service.

They will charge you thousands of dollars and then charge you more after breaking your car I can't even drive down the street without my car randomly turning off

I went in for an oil change and they recommended changing my air filter. All of it was done relatively quickly and for an affordable price, a great place for if you have any problems with your vehicle!

Paid $9000 plus for engine repair after I was quoted 6,000 and received my vehicle back in a worse state. The owner stated that my engine was beyond repair that was in the vehicle and that he had to go up to 9,000 and use a party that he know for a remanufactured engine with zero miles according to him. I waited a whole year for my vehicle and received it back in a worse state that it was in! I will post a TikTok of how my car was running before then after he supposedly redid the engine! I have him recorded during the whole process of what I asked him to do. I will see you in court. Quit sending text to my phone dude and I don't care what y'all respond and say. You foul for this! My car won't start or say anything after he rigged it for us to drive off and I got you recorded trying to start it when I arrived! TO YOUR RESPONSE dude I should not have to bring my car right back after I sent it to you before repairs the car won't even start with your scamming ahhz like I literally had to put my car in a storage after paying you almost 10000 dollars are delusional I just saw your response and Ill see in court I'm headed to the at the precinct right now to file and sue your ahhz what you did you think was gone happen my car is in a worse state now that you put your hands on it FOOL

Great services, honest mechanics, great prices. I will definitely be back and will send friends and family to do business here. Review Update: 10/24/24 I took my car back up to the shop because I had a concern and just like the first time I went up there. I was blown away again with the level of care and excellent customer service that I received. They were upfront and honest and that is very important when trusting someone with your vehicle. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to take the time out of my day to express how amazed I am with We Fix Cars!!!! If you are looking for a reasonable priced and honest auto repair shop. This is most definitely the place for you!!!

Since the owner doesn’t have any accountability for his actions . I’ll go into further review and I may contact the Texas commissioner of environmental quality for shady business practices . To help you understand the real meaning of working with integrity . I’ve done business with them in the past and I was overly satisfied with the mechanic who is no longer with the company. He worked on my transmission and I didn’t have a problem at their high way 6 location but the leadership shows why they are down to 1 location now. This location practices retaliation if you decline services so please don’t leave your car on their premises if it’s more than a day . The technician who left the company did an awesome job which prompted my return and wanted to continue business with them however …… I returned this time and didn’t agree with the price quoted . (Which I felt was over priced) that’s neither here nor there … I charged that to the game. But , I was subjected to a 170.00$ diagnostic fee which I agreed too. I declined service and asked for the total I owed for the diagnostic fee that jumped to 190.00$. I inquired why the price change and he stated he had to add fuel to drive the car to find the problem . Ok … understandable I come to pick up my vehicle to my findings my battery is dead . Then he proceeds to tell me the battery was dead upon arrival which was a lie. I asked him why didn’t he state that in the findings He basically told me the car wasn’t drivable and there was no need to note that the “battery died” …. Why would you withhold any information if I paid for a diagnostic? Hind sight my car sensors would indicate I needed a new battery . he stated that my car battery was dead upon arrival . I have triple A and can pull the records of my vehicle to back the claim that it was indeed working properly electronically.Needless to say He gained a free 200$ for nothing and doubled my problem subjecting me to a diagnostic charge and a new battery. He claimed in his response I needed a new transmission and I asked him on a recorded call will I need a new transmission prior to the findings he stated “the transmission wasn’t the issue”. I would not trust this location with anything regarding engine repair , or transmission repair. He thought he played me out 200 and a battery which is the reason he called twice the moment I left this review but it’s fine the universe gives back what you put in. AGAIN Female inquirers beware.

The experience at “we fix cars” was superb. They treat their customers with respect and give direct feedback on any issues as well as how to solve it. I recommend giving their business a try on all types of services needed. I look forward to having my a/c unit repaired on the next visit.

They picked up my 2019 Cadillac Escalade it needed a eps system repair which is called electric power steering and a steering column shift control module I had several other mechanics including Cadillac tell me this Marcus or Mario who used to work there but all of a sudden he doesn't anyway they said my truck needed a new ecm basically a new computer brain the Cadillac dealership they sent it to little that Marcus knew my entire family of about 30 people buy new escalades every year and the adviser told me what they did and said when confronted Marcus he said why would Cadillac talk to you about the truck well it's mine number 1 and number 2 we know them longer and do way more business than you do Marcus now they want $1,800 to give me back my truck and have done nothing I am getting it back without even a legitimate reason what's going on why or anything that's just to get started and and he stated that he wants another $3000 for other parts that's is not needed please stay away unless your changing your oil and even at that they most likely will charge you for some bullshit thing stay far away from these people please they're are the worst in the business experience is 0 out 10 and the professional part of them they dont call you back they answered the phone like it's the house phone talking to someone else for about 30 to 40 seconds and then they say UMM WE FIX CARS HOW CAN WE HELP YOU very unprofessional place
