Excellent body work. Friendly and helpful staff. They kept me updated and were able to answer any questions that I had. I felt they went above and beyond making my vehicle look great inside and out! Completed work before expected date! Being the first accident I had experienced in a very long time, they made me feel comfortable working with them.

I hit a deer with our vehicle and had Wayne's perform the repairs. They did a great job of working with my insurance company and getting me scheduled. However, I feel that they could have done a better job at the repairs. My biggest complaint is that they removed a dent in the hood and repainted it but didn't fill in any of rock chips, which would have taken very little time. Also, the bumper cover and driver's side headlight had a noticeable gap that I had to fix and there was overspray on the windshield. I did mention my concerns regarding the hood and was given an apology. Regarding the misaligned headlight/bumper cover and overspray, it was easier for me to address these items myself than to have to drop off and schedule a loaner vehicle. Next time I need body work I'll probably look elsewhere.

I was very pleased with my experience at Wayne’s. My repair looks flawless, AND they had my car clean inside and out at pick up, which felt so nice. Staff was nice, knowledgeable and kept me posted on the timeline of my repair. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do, I will for sure be a return customer.

I’m thoroughly impressed with Wayne’s Body Shop! From start to finish, they were professional and easy to communicate with. The repairs were done earlier than expected and I went home with a freshly detailed and washed car! I hope I don’t need body work done again anytime soon 😂 but if I do, I know where I’m going!

Ryan W. went above and beyond for me. On December 13th, I had a rollover accident; importantly, Ryan commented that he was glad that I was OK--such empathy is very important when dealing with auto accidents. Ryan wrote up the estimate and emailed it to me all in no charge. Of note, Midtown Auto would not even schedule an appointment with me, stating “they were not interested”; Wayne's Body Shop quoted me a fair price and presented the merits of thinking about the car as a total loss versus getting it repaired. also, the administrative assistant scheduled me immediately, and on. New Year's eve! Please, please, go to Wayne's Body Shop!

Had our Jeep Wrangler repaired after a fender bender. Excellent work and great service. They are easy to work with and had no hassles of any sort. The work was done on time and as promised. Hope I don’t need to, but would use Wayne’s every time for body work!!
