They used to be great! This time no call back for a quote on a job. The customer service is a joke. Its pathetic you're willing to pay a business good money to do a job and you get treated this way! It's hard to imagine a human being treating another this way. No excuse for this behavior!!#

They did an amazing job fixing my son's truck interior. They suggested 2 tone leather and contrast stitching which really made an incredible difference. Quality work and even taught my son how to take care of his new interior before we left. Thank you guys!!

Took our Hybrid Escape to get a leak fixed and interior cleaned. They kept it for 3 months. We repeatedly told them to start the vehicle up so the hybrid battery stays charged. It's now dead and going to cost a good deal of money to get it going, after already spending a lot of money just to get it fixed with him.

Did a good job putting a new top on my car but after leaks started put me off so long about fixing it I had to take care to dealership to get leaks fix. Had my name and number and was told they would call in a day or two to get me in, two weeks later still no call. He acted like he didn't want to fix it from the start. Won't get any more of my business, should have gone elsewhere. Ill go elsewhere to get rip in seat fixed!!!!!!!!!!

They have done several jobs for me over the years. New felt on a roof panel, custom work repairing a leather seat bolster, and supplied and installed a new Robbins top on my Miata. Excellent work, on time, and great value.

They replaced a convertible top for me on a 96 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder and also repaired the motor to raise and lower the top at a very reasonable price. Extremely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism.

Wayne and his crew did a complete interior for me this past winter..The y did a GREAT job. They did exactly what they said they would do. They got it started on time, and completed like he told me he would. Could not be happier. Do not understand why Auto trim shops schedule jobs they have no intentions of doing. Checked on getting carpet put on pontoon boat, they seemed to be a little pricey, so I decided to do it myself. But they were very helpful, and I'm sure they do really good work, from what I saw at their shop, and I saw some of their work at another business.
