I have always been so happy with the service I've received here. The prices are fair, I can get my car in quickly, and the entire staff is kind, knowledgeable and honest. I've never felt like I've been taken advantage of and they've earned a loyal customer. Really appreciate everything!

They did decent work they just replaced all my lugnuts without asking me and the kicker is they used raybestos lugnuts that are 6.25 for 5 of them on the internet but charged me 9 DOLLARS APIECE for them claiming they were high-end hard to get lugnuts bc they thought I wouldn't notice. Watch out they will jew you if you let them.

I stopped here on a Thursday last week after work because my usual spot for car repairs is so busy that I need to make an appointment. I thought maybe a smaller business might be able to help a walk in customer. A co-worker noticed one of my brake lights was not working. It took the mechanic less than a minute to confirm that and replace the bulb. I really appreciated them taking care of that for me. Sometimes you get great service with smaller businesses.

They replaced my engine after my car was there on the lot just waiting for two months just last summer only to tell me all the problems it has less than a year later are over $6k in issues. Sounds like a scam and bad business when you put in faulty parts and then want the customer to have to deal with the backlash LESS THAN A YEAR LATER and pay you to screw the car up more. An absolute JOKE. I’m livid with this place!

You would think getting any services here would be cheaper than doing at the dealer. Dealer asked for $160 to program my PCM. Watson had the audacity to ask for $350 and would’t back down or price match with the DEALER ! Only thing i got was irony and poor customer service.
