HONEST people here. Our Audi went in for coolant issues this week and initially Bob said cost would be $1200 to put in a new water pump. Then he found in his records that they replaced that part just 13 months ago and informed us that it's under warranty. Charged only $136! We were unaware of this warranty and were thrilled that Bob does a thorough job and was honest about that. We've trusted Waterford European for years now and this is why. HIGHLY recommend this business.

These guys took care of a pre-sale inspection for me, which was a bit more difficult because I'm in another state. Fit me into the schedule without difficulty, looked the vehicle over and gave me a summary of what was needed and what was not. Very helpful in the car buying decision-making process. Best Audi mechanics in the region. I discovered them through a personal recommendation and can't say enough good things about the problem solving skills of the staff and the surprisingly reasonable charges. No giant dealership waiting area or business center but consequently no dealership games or inflated prices.

Highly recommend! Fast service, professional and personable staff. My car started making a clunking noise on my way home from work, but it was almost 5pm when most shops close. Waterford European told me it was no problem; they wanted to help me out even if it kept them after business hours. They fixed the problem quickly and at no charge because luckily it was just screwing the protective undercarriage of the car back in place. Still, they did not charge for their time, and I was SO thankful! I have found a mechanic I trust! Thank you, Waterford European!!

I got my front and back brakes done on my 2022 BMW from a friend because the dealership wanted 4,000 for that and I paid 1700. Unfortunately we had some lights that wouldn’t reset and Dennis and his team were able to help me within 30 minutes with a smile on their faces. I’m definitely a client for life!!!

I have been coming to Waterford European since I got my VW about 2 years ago. I have always dealt with Bob who is helpful, honest, and friendly. Everyone’s been great. Even when I brought it in for a “weird” issue and it turned out I had no oil in it. They’ve always provided great education about maintaining my vehicle and keeping in good condition. All of the work I’ve received is always done quickly, efficiently, was affordable, and I’ve had no issues with anything after. I couldn’t be happier with the Service I receive coming here and trust them explicitly with all of my vehicle needs.

They did a great job on my Audi repairs, with fast and thorough responses over the phone while the car was being diagnosed and repaired. Repair costs were very reasonable compared to other shops around and the time to get it in and fixed was rather short too. Will definitely be using them again when needed.

This is by far the best European mechanic around. I came here after I had some other mechanic do my spark plugs and vanos solenoid and they messed it all up and forgot to plug important things in. Denny is the man if you ever need a honest, very reliable and fast working man he is your guy. He was so honest and saved me thousands of dollars in repairs and he truly cares about his customers. It shows in all of the caring office people and the wonderful mechanics. I will forever bring all of my European cars here and will recommend anyone with a European car to come here too.

Very glad to see all these 5 star reviews here, as I believe Waterford European to be the very best automotive repair shop that I have ever had any experience with. I have taken my car here on a number of occasions, with a variety of issues, and everything has been taken care of exceptionally and the prices have been extremely fair. It really is a gem and a critical resource if you drive and love your automobile and wish to keep it on the road for as long as possible! I have 100% trust that Bob (owner), provides honest advice as to what is necessary and what isn't.
