Got my car brake job (new rotors and pads) done here (requested for OEM PARTS), yet I’m listening to squeaky noise all the time (almost from last 3 months with new set of rotors and pads). I took it Infiniti dealer, they said this shop removed my original parts (few clips that keeps the pads in place) and didn’t install them. It cost me another $800 change to fix them (no more noise now), they have to resurface my new rotors. I would never recommend this place to anyone or go to this location (I had bad experience even with car wash -twice).

I recently had my vehicle inspected for the yearly state inspection at this store and they gave me a false report claiming my brakes and wipers were faulty. However, both were in good condition. Despite this, they insisted on changing my brakes and wipers and provided me with a quote for the unnecessary repairs. Frustrated, I decided to get a second opinion and had my vehicle inspected at Caliber Auto Care. Their inspection passed without any issues, confirming that my brakes and wipers were in excellent condition. This experience forced me to go through the entire process again to obtain the correct certification. The initial inspection, which was conducted carelessly, cost me valuable time, money, and caused unnecessary stress. It's disappointing when businesses fail to follow basic state guidelines, and their workers recommend unnecessary repairs instead of conducting a proper inspection. I am grateful to Caliber Auto Care for their thorough and accurate inspection, which confirmed that my brakes and rotors were in good condition and even passed my Inspection. I hope the original shop improves their practices to avoid misleading customers and causing unnecessary expenses.

Went for a state inspection and full service detail - Avoid this place in short, they're running a Scam! Detail - It's a classic bait and switch, the state inspection cost 25$ but they came up with strange issues with wipers and air filters and ended up charging close to 90$. I believed them and agreed and they installed really horrible and cheap wipers on my luxury SUV. Looking at the reviews it appears that I am not the first person they scammed For the full service detail they use very cheap stuff, my car smells horrible. The cleaning wasn't great either I still have marks on the dash and windows...Avoid this place, spend a little more and go to a better place

Just tried it for State inspection, they forced me to buy wiper from them , otherwise would have failed it for no reason! By the way, wipers were replaced a year ago and been working fine.

I took my 21 Explorer in for a State Inspection. I had one done last year as it was the first one since being New. I had the Drivers and Passenger side windows tinted to match the Ford tint on the other windows. It passed last year with no problems. This place told me that my Tint was out of spec and failed it. They still charged me the $25.50. I called the manager yesterday and was told that even though they knew if was not going to pass that they are required by the state to do the entire inspection. I took it to a new place today and it passed with No problem. This place told me that what I was told by the manger is not true and that I should not have been charged. Beware as this place is out to make a buck!!

My brother had gone to this location to get his car inspected and they had told him his windshield wipers were broken. He did not think they had been before but since he had not checked them he did not think much of it, so he had them replaced so the inspection could be passed. Today my father went to the same location to get his car inspected. He checked the windshield wipers before he left his house to make sure they were in good condition; they were. When he arrived to get his inspection they told him that his wipers were broken. My father assured them he checked the wipers before he arrived and they were not. Once he saw the wipers after he had arrived they had indeed been broken. They assured my father they had nothing to do with it, but that’s hard to believe. Again, they said that because the wipers were broken they must be replaced to pass the inspection. They charged $60 for the wipers… They are trying to play you at this location. Do not waste your money with people who are untrustworthy.

2 Stars because Car wash was done nicely BUT BUT My car inspection was failed due to gas cap.. Gas cap is working perfecting without issues. ‘Explain rejection fully’ has just two words ‘Gas cap’ Disgusting service…Huh... spending some $50 to replace it now... Won’t advise to go for auto state inspection

Don't recommended because make the work incomplete.. If you select one service and paid ..why don't make?. Don't vacuum , dont clean inside correctly. If your comments the workers they answer with despotism and inappropriate form.

Really appreciate Curtis. In this inflationary environment, he helped me get a lot of value for what I paid. I walked out of Brakes Plus because they wanted to charge me $140 for an oil change. Curtis did the oil change and a whole lot more for nearly the same price.

I went there for an oil changeand I'd been to the one downtown which would been wonderful...... The attendant was non-responsive. Poor communicator never got a estimate prior to him. Draining the oil. I gotta hold the manager. Asked him if I could get an estimate. He called me over afterwards thought he was funny. Telling me it was two hundred dollar oil change.... Never gave me an estimate..... The attendant wanted to argue about it saying I agreed as long as it was under $200. I told him I wanted to know an estimate. I was joking with my two hundred but I said I needed an estimate.... .. They made it right, but it was very uncomfortable and a very confrontational and very inexperienced staff.

Went for state inspection at 5pm and they said they didn't have time before closing at 6pm. There was no other cars in the bay so I'm guessing the guy just didn't want to do it

Waited 30 mins for a state inspection and no one came, even though the guy told me to pull up. It seemed only one person was working. The owner should hire more people. Went down the street to another place and got the whole thing done in 15 mins.

Worst car wash company. The line man didn’t run the back of my car, cleaning and equipment was broken. When I turned around the car to ask for re-clean or refund, the Asst. Manager (Derick) said you spent $10 and that’s what you get. He acknowledged the issue but didn’t agree to give the refund. When I asked him to call the store manager, he disagreed to bring him. I had to talk to the manager to complaint. For which he said they don’t clean the back of the car unless they think it’s required. Overall, the worst car wash service I have received from this location since I started coming here in 2012.
