I was in Lawton for my grandson's graduation from Basic Training at Ft Sill. Unfortunately the blower motor for my car's air conditioning was going out and causing a drain on my electrical system (and my patience as it was over 100 degrees). I went to Warren's to see if there was a chance that they could get it repaired before my trip back to Colorado. Randy confirmed that is sounded like the blower motor but was not sure he could get the part that Thursday. He stated he would do some research and give me a call. Within 45 minutes of leaving the shop he called me and said that he had found a part and gave me a couple of options. These options included recommendations for two other shops that could get the work done because he was closed on Friday. He was not concerned with doing the work but helping me out in a time of need. I ended up going to get the part and Randy had my air conditioning up and running within an hour. Randy was very professional and honest from the very beginning and that is saying something when you are in a strange town and need a mechanic. I would recommend Warren's for anyone who may have the same need I did or if you live in Lawton and just need maintenance work on your vehicle.

My 2012 VW broke down in Lawton, had it towed to them as I used them before. They were supposed to service it and repair a leak in the radiator reservoir, broke the plastic between the engine and windshield, I believe in second chances. So sent it there again, at first they said my batteries were bad, they were only two years old. Then they said if they replace the batteries and then the alternator next that would run me over 2000. Of course I needed this car so I said go ahead, then they told me that my engine had locked up. Turns out it was a bad alternator. Thankfully my son didn’t think this sounded right and got it from their shop and took a look himself.

This shop mess up our car BMW and it’s was all about money! It’s a shame when people beats customers out of money to get rich, and don’t realizes they have to pay back 7 times what they have stolen and cheated customers and people out of! God help these greasy money hungry and unjust people in this world! So, I give this shop a zero O. Also, we out of lots of money for nothing just to continue to get rich off people not fair at all and I’m so tired of unjust and money hungry people, which is theirs’ God is money and cheating people out of money! So sad but the Vengeance is The Lord God! So, my family and I forgive you Randy and your dad for what you all did to our BMW and to our family! I will never cheat nor hurt people like this man Randy and his dad and others who have cheated my family and I out-of-money in Oklahoma! We work too hard to stay afloat taking care our bills and ourselves as well, than here comes the devil children beating and stealing money from customers and people! That’s not have you all should do it Randy and your dad! Whatever you all sow you will reap it back time 7, and you all will know how my family and I felt when you all torn our vehicle up and than told me you wasn’t going to pay for it, and what if our daughter and granddaughter got into a bad car accident when the water pump failed on our daughter? I know, you and your dad don’t care about our daughter nor our vehicle, you all only cares about money your god! Well, I serve the Real God and His name is Jesus Christ and He does not like when His children are been cheating in anyway includes taken our money from us and not doing your job! If you know you couldn’t fix it, you should have gotten under our car. Shame on you and we are so disappointed at you and your dad Randy, Warren Import BMW Shop!

Took my 2012 Range Rover SC for fuel pump change. They've kept me in the loop with all the issues that also happened to vechile. Fantastic service, Great mechanics. Better then driving to Range Rover OKC to get ripped off.

Best old school mechanics in the business. I trust no one else in Lawton with my Audi A6. Good quality work and they rely on word of mouth advertisement. Imports are expensive, but go to the guys who shoot straight and are honest to goodness hard workers.

By far the best service my wife and I received since her owning her 2017 Audi Q5! The staff is very friendly and well knowledgeable on different types of vehicle! Definitely recommend them before going to OKC and any dealerships locally! Truly thankful and blessed!

This place really helped me out this week with Christmas. Thermostat housing went out on my Mini Cooper and they had it back within 3 days. Now I can go home for Christmas. I definitely recommend this place!

Randy and team really helped me out. My wife’s car is a Mini Cooper and has been stalling and so on and no one could fix it! Went to Lynn Mackenzie’s but since the car is owned by BMW, nothing they could do. I take it to Warrens and over the weekend the car is back how it was when we first got it, with first rate service and prices. They have my vote of confidence and my business!

I am from New Orleans and had come to Oklahoma to get out of the way of a tropical storm and a hurricane. On the way I experienced a problem with my Mercedes. I knew what the issue was and only needed the part so that I could effect repairs myself. I found Warren's, spoke to Randy on the phone and he had my part in hand the very next morning. It was exactly what I needed and got me back on the road in no time. Randy was polite and professional. He not only got me exactly what I needed but also did his personal best to save me as much time and money as possible. Warren's has a new fan and if I ever need help when I am in this area, I will call them first. Top notch service!

Awesome experience. Had to replace a side view mirror on my BMW after losing a fight with my garage... They had the parts on hand two days after seeing my vehicle, and everything was installed shortly after. Warrens’ kept me informed and even gave me a partial refund after they found out prices on some parts they needed had been reduced. Thanks for the work!

Excellent experience. I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment to get my VW serviced and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was unable to pick up my vehicle before they had closed for the day so they allowed me to still pick up my vehicle for the weekend and come in on Monday to pay for the services rendered. When I received my invoice it came to my attention that they were honest about the amount of time for labor and was only charged for a half hours worth of work. In a modern world where Please Pay First and Automatic rounding up to the nearest hour for labor are basic business practices, I was taken aback with Warrens. Their sincerity, customer service and willingness to work around my schedule are what impressed me the most. I would absolutely recommend Warrens to anyone.

Mr. Warren gave me an estimate of $4330.00 to fix my car. Then told me to take it home, dig a DEEP hole and bury it. Told me he had to charge me for the estimate but it wouldn't be much. I understand that he needed to charge me for the estimate and was willing and prepared to until he told me that it was $309.00! He said he put a new battery in the car 😡 but he didn't tell me he was going to do it. I wouldn't have given him authorization to do this since I drove it there and it had a battery in it. Come on now, why would he put a brand new battery in a car he told me to take home and bury?

The only local place that works on BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes Benz. Less pricey than dealing with the dealership and has the added advantage of being locally owned and operated. Randy and Gene are very nice and typically know what's wrong with the vehicle over the phone. I fully trust them with my BMWs.
