These guys are the best for any car service in the Kent area. They talk very gently, always keep smiling, and are super interactive with you. They also don't upsell stuff, unlike other dealers. Very well priced service rates as well. 100% recommend.

Great team! I use to go to the Jeep Dealer in Renton, but they started charging so much for minor things - so I switched to Warren Auto and Tire. I went in the first time and Bill helped me. Simple oil change and was a little less than the other guys. Went back a 2nd time and he helped me repair something on my car no charge. Really appreciated them and Bill especially is a great guy to work with. He tells me the cost upfront, gets the job done quickly and doesn't surprise me with anything out of the ordinary. Thanks Warren Auto and Tire! You for sure have made this new client happy and a client for life!

I worked with Bill who let me know he was the owner after he quoted my wife $1400 to put the brake pads we provided on the car and change the CVT fluid. He insisted that rotors must be replaced when pads are replaced and since it was only $20 more to replace than turn we should do that (I agree about this part). However, it definitely isn't necessary to do anything with the rotors when you replace brake pads, (I double-checked my sanity with Google). I thought maybe prices had increased since I last had this type of work done so I called the dealership and they quoted me $821 for the same work. I'm pretty sure I just caught a shop gouging a woman in the act. I didn't think this was a thing, but it's hard to argue with the quote the Subaru dealership gave us.

Love Bill and his wife. Honest mechanic with fair pricing. Went above and beyond to find my issue and even contacted my manufacturer to try and get it taken care of by the warranty. It did end up being covered by my extended warranty! Woo hoo.

Bill was great, they did a very good job on my car, I am pleased with the service for the value. I had two tie rods replaced, front end alignment, and the rotors resurfaced, and a few other bits and pieces. Would definitely recommend!

I've used their services for years for almost everything under the sun, from tires to door weather stripping to gasket replacements of all sorts to the turn signal device in the steering column if my vehicle. They have always provided me with very good service. Everyone I have spoken to or interacted with here has always been kind, polite, responsive and knowledgeable. They do good work here and they complete the repairs in a quick and timely manner. They also charge reasonable rates for their work and are very clear and transparent with their billing and the cost of the repairs. I very much recommend this business.

Was here a last week with my Son car had supenson work done and wellnest check. Also fix a tire guys called with updates and got work done. Price is good and fear.
