Very courteous. Quick to help. Will not try to sell you stuff you do not need. Will be honest about your tires and your safety on the road. Would recommend them for all odd shaped tires.

Allen and his team are excellent and thoughtful! I can say enough about their hospitality and thoroughness they used when replacing tires on my Jeep. Definitely highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

Allen and his team was great to work with really came through when we needed them too on a service call getting our trucks up back and running , very fair reasonable, honest, and friendly. I would never hesitate to use them for either for new tires or servicing from here on out.

Ware Giant Tire Service stands behind their work. I brought two tractor tires from them. Two days late one of them was flat. Glenn came out and inspected it. He determines it was a value stem issue. He fixes it. There was no charge. I would highly recommend Charlie and the WGTS team.

they installed 4 tires on my motor home. we heard a noise when we drove it. removed hubcaps, noise stopped. next day found a broken off wheel stud and bolt in the gravel. it had been put back on with glue or whatever to cover up that they had broken it off. honest thing to do would have been to replace the stud they broke off. they also said the new tires had no warranty.
