On two different occasions, they have told me that they are back up, and they are going to try having the job done the same day. No appointment. They call about an hour later, and it's done! I'm impressed with their promptness.

11/15/24 - Update from 5 to zero stars. Went to het a new battery, they installed the wrong one without asking me and when I asked about it they lied to me saying that's the one for my car, just to sell me an old and more expensive battery. Now my cables are stressing because they had to change their position in order to accommodate the incorrect battery. Will be talking to the manager. ------------------------------------------------- Great service. Jay is awesome. Thank you so much!

Arrived at 710am on a Wednesday morning, went inside to the counter as no one was outside as there were no cars in line, like a weekend has. Guy at the counter asked if I had an appointment, I did not. He mentioned they are only taking appointments as they are busy due to their "tire sale". When I pulled into the lot, one car was in their bay, one car parked as a guy was putting in oil or fluid himself. No one else was there. He said he can have someone get on them after I laughed and made comments about them looking busy, which he seemed to not expect back. Walmart doesn't have that good of a tire sale to ever be busy! No one does. While dropping off the rims and tires, their manager and the guy said they don't like doing aftermarket rims. Said they might get scratched, alot! I've had these rims serviced before at this location, no problem. The rims are an 8 spoke rim, flush to the lip of the rim. My stock Camaro rims have a crazier design than the aftermarkets. He said if I accept the rims to be pretty damaged, they will replace the tires and balance them. These guys worked pretty hard to pass off all damages to myself for leaving the rims with them to do, convincing me to leave and not letting them work on them, so they could stick to their appointments only concept. Walmart has found another way to be even crappier. Wonder what they'll come up with next!

Deceitful! I went here to get my low beams on my car replaced. I pulled up to the bay. Technician arrives and starts the process of installing my headlight bulbs, then it happens I hear a snap! A distinct sound of plastic snapping a couple of seconds later he puts a little plastic tab on the front of my car. so I asked him, did you accidentally snap that piece you just put there because I heard it snap. He says no... it was hanging there like that. yeah right! I clearly heard it snap! so It was bothering me all night long. I was like, I know I heard a snap, I bet you he snapped one of my tabs that holds The bulb in the housing. so the next morning I open up the headlight compartment cover and I take a picture and sure enough I was right! Look I get it, of course they won't take no responsibility they're trained to not assume any accountability by denying anything so the public, the consumer, us, you will believe it and not challenge it. This is why reviews are good because they informed others through shared experiences make sure you pay special attention to the time your vehicle is being worked on so you can do a reference match on the video cameras they have recording so you could hold them accountable for any damages that might have occured. Right is right, wrong is wrong!

They suck period!! Had an appointment for an oil change today, and was told that they only carry 5w30 oil (no 10w30) then asked to do tire rotation and was told that I would have to make a separate appointment for that and that it would be a "4 hour" wait. I don't think so. Employee taking all the info at check in very unprofessional in my opinion. So needless to say canceled that appointment with all that rudeness and no intentions of ever returning here. There are plenty of establishments out there for competitive prices and a lot better customer service. C-ya!

I made an appointment but then arrived an hour early 😅 the guys at Walmart car center got me in early and out quickly as well. They did a good job and not too expensive. I will be taking my car back regularly

These guys scratched my car during an oil change and had no accountability. Jiovanny the auto care center was cool but Chris ( the store manager) was lacking professionalism and empathy alao he doesnt not know how to deescalate a situation.

I went for a oil change and finished with oil all over the place because they left the oil dipstick out. The burning smell was to strong and find this

Avoid this place for anythjng Autocare. I had a 3:00 oil change appointment and at 4pm the car still hadn’t been moved into the bay. The same 3 cars were in the bays for over an hour. It really takes that long to change oil? No communication when I checked in that they were even behind. I got in my car and left. You might have good prices but your service isn’t worth the discount. Will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend you communicate to your customers a little better.

My appointment was at 10 am to get 4 new tires. I got there at 9:15. They told me to go ahead and check in. At 10:30 I got a text that they had started. They did not get done till 12:00. When I got my jeep all my stuff that was packed in the back was thrown all over the back seat and floor. They didn't know how to take the spare tire off. And never called or text me to come back and show them or to move my stuff. There were breakable items. It was a mess. I was told it would not take over an hour. I had to pick up my grandkids, I was late. I will never use Walmart tire shop on Cypress Gardens rd in Winter Haven FL AGINE. Ugh

Service was just okay. We came in with an emergency tire drop off and it took 3 hours to change the tire. They kept taking cars in front of us.

This Walmart was great. However, I am still 😡 as I can be at the one at 355 Cypress Gardens Blvd. The pharmacist that tried to hug (hit on) my wife is still there. He is the reason I moved my prescriptions to Public. My wife had to push him away to stop me from doing what needed to be done.

WAKE up Walmart this location is the worst in the whole state of Florida get rid of the Dead weight employees and get some good ones, the wait time because of the lack of a work ethic is excruciating, I left and went to tuffy tire where David the service manager took good care of me
