I've always used jiffy lube but I needed a new battery and I moved recently. I paid for premium oil change with Walmart. They didn't top off fluids (even at an upcharge), they didn't reset the oil change sensor (it still reads 30%) and no sticker. I brought it in because I needed a new battery along with needing an oil change (winterization) but they said my (5+yo factory battery) was fine. The post was "a little dirty" so they cleaned it. $109 for what jiffy would do for $80. The battery post (one month later) is corroded like a science project. I wish I had looked at it after they "cleaned" it. Two months ago it wasn't corroded, although they might have been right that it was a little dirty. Neighbor is a retired mechanic. He says factory batteries don't last more than five years, but the level of corrosion on the post/cable might also be because the cable wasn't tightened after cleaning. If you expect them to check coolant and stuff as a courtesy (even as an upcharge)... Don't. I can't drive my car and I'm wondering if they even changed the oil, now. I'll find out on Monday. Watch like a hawk. I'll update after I've had a mechanic look at it. Word to the wise.

O had a great experience with Walmart, my van would not start after tire rotation, Coda was very helpful , he diagnosed the starter and got is on our way. Thanks to the whole auto department.

Took 8 hrs to get 1 new tire replaced. Staff put someone else's tire on my vehicle.

Had all four tires changed. Making the appointment, selecting the tires and installation went very smoothly. Also seemed like a very popular place to get oil changed.

I got a standard oil change. Timmy was super nice and helpful. It was very quick and they left my car cleaner than when I brought it in :)

I like getting a oil change at Walmart it's very convenient. When I'm done shopping I can pick up my truck.

This place beyond suckes everything I come here not even if iam the first one threw the doors it's always a 3 hour wait.

Auto Care Center is not open until 7pm on Sunday.. Closes @ 5pm. Great service other wise.

Had a flat tire while it was sleeting outside ten minutes till five and they refused to look at my tire because they close at five. I will never shop or recommend this Walmart to anyone. Thanks for letting another customer down.

Had plug put in my truck tire, not to bad on wait time but more expensive this time like 15.00 use to be only half that price. They did a good job.

I tried to drop a flat tire off, it was off the car mind you. I walk in and the first thing out of the guys mouth, while looking at his watch “we won’t get to it today, we close in a few minutes”. This was at 4:15. I proceed to tell him it’s off the car I can drop it off right now so they could have the tire all day the next day to fix it and I’ll pick it up the following day. I was told I could not leave it, but they open at 0900. I believe this dude just didn’t want to take the time to take down my information because he wanted out of there. If not, this is a terrible business plan. Most people work. The hours between 9 and 430 doesn’t allow those that have jobs to get there without taking time off. What is the harm in dropping off a loose rim and tire to have it fixed the next day??? I’ll go to discount tire. Or anywhere they care about working with people to get their business because it certainly isn’t the joint at 53rd N and Meridian.

My wife went in at 550 pm with a flat ...the guys told her they were closed website said closing soon....so she called sams and they are fixing it now...normally give most of my business to this Walmart...think IL drive the extra few miles and give my business to other places....don't like what this Walmart is becoming

Will make you wait in line for 40 mins just to tell you they won't change your oil without appointment. It's not posted anywhere that you need an appointment. I've never needed one before.

I called about getting a tire placed Friday. The guy I talk to said he was gonna put me on hold didn’t cause I could hear EVERYTHING in the background and then HUNG up on me!!!! I’ve even calling up there for DAYS and this is what I get for customer service!!!!

One guy told me that I would have to go to Newton to get my tire fixed. When I asked why, it was basically because he didn't want to take the time to do it. Upper management was shocked whenever I called. I've been several times because it's the closest one to me, but I won't go back after numerous unpleasant experiences. I've had great experiences at other Wal-Mart's though! Just not this one.

Tried calling 3 times got put on hold while I was “transferred to an associate” but never got a hold of anyone so I ended up calling customer service in the front then I finally talked to someone .
