Kyle, Zeek and Jeremy were awesome. Paid close attention to my car. Window doesn't roll down and the manager kyle put notes on my car physically to ensure they didn't roll it down.

I ordered tires for our RV from Walmart and had them installed at WM in Van Buren, AR. I had an appointment on 6/8. They did not start on my tires for over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. One person did two tires...his air tool seemed to struggle. I asked him if it had enough air pressure, and he replied, "no, whoever put these lug nuts on cross threaded them." He did however, get two driver side tires replaced. When it came to replacing the two passenger tires, he turned them over to Jeremy. Jeremy did the first one and the air tool seemed to struggle on it as well. When he got to the last tire, he took off one lug nut, started on the second one and stopped. He said, "I can't get this one off - it's too hot and about to break the stud." He went and got Kyle (manager) and told him. He said that was all they could do. I asked if they had a lug nut wrench I could borrow. Kyle said, "no, but you can buy one inside." - REALLY, I just spent nearly $1,000 on tires and this is the service I get! Well, I went inside and purchased the lug nut wrench, sat down in nearly 90 degree heat in their parking lot and removed all the lug nuts (with Kyle watching me do it). I said, "now you can replace the tire!" Oh, by the way, I'm nearly 60 years old and NO lug nut was too difficult to remove and the one that was "too hot and about to break" - that was the first one I removed with no issues! After they replaced that 4th tire, they still did not put the lug nuts back on and I had to put them on myself (with Kyle watching). Then, I went inside Walmart and got a refund for the lug wrench that Kyle would not let me borrow. I asked Kyle to have the store manager call me on 6/10. On 6/10, I get a call from Nichole. I explained all the above to her and she said, "I'm sorry for the trouble and they should have let you borrow the lug nut wrench. I will talk with both Jeremy and Kyle and call you back on 6/11." She did call me on 6/11, and said, "I spoke with both them and coached them on they should have helped you. I am sorry for your trouble." - This is all I got from Walmart in Van Buren - no offer for any refund for any of my trouble (not to mention, they did not install the 4th tire that I paid for installation - as I had to install it myself). THANK YOU WALMART!! FYI - I had ordered new tires from Walmart for my truck --- on 6/8/24, I cancelled that order. If Walmart in Van Buren wants to reach out to me further, you can contact either Kyle or Nichole as they both have my phone number!

Meh couldn't patch my tire bc it was on the corner but the other tire shop did just fine its a patch not a stick fill

everyone from the girl who checked me in, the manager and the mechanics themselves- everyone was kind and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb or bothersome. They were even short staffed as the store had 80 call ins that day due to the icy roads , and they still made sure I knew what happened, they helped me every single way they could, and my service was covered. learning what happened was intentional was an awful feeling, but everyone’s customer service and willingness to answer my questions and help me made me feel much better. Thank y’all for being so great, I wish I had gotten y’all’s names!

Very convenient and easy on the wallet. Shop around while they work or grab a bite to eat at the Subway inside. There's also a window if you just want to watch them work.

Got there when they opened for an oil change. I waited over 30 minutes for the manager to finally unlock all of the doors so the technicians can start working then after 2 hours of wandering around Walmart I finally went to the counter to see if my vehicle was done the man said "we don't page people anymore when their vehicles are ready" which is either a flat lie or he was just being extremely lazy. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is because they at least did the job correctly.
