1/17/25 zero stars warning DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO CARE!!! possibly ruined my truck, i heard a noise the first day driving it home after oil change and then smelled like burnt oil and checked it and they completely broke my engine oil cap! this is. unacceptable they will fix this i can't trust walmart again! manager and mechanic is going to be responsible for any damages incurred by their mechanics....00000

Had an 8:00 appointment today. Showed up the front desk older lady said they didn't have tire in stock and that I needed to order them online and come back. Absolutely no help.She had the do it yourself attitude. No customer service help. Decided to just go somewhere else.

Went for an oil change and they declined cause they couldn't figure out how to open a hood on a Ford focus... The latch is to the left side of the hood and they wouldnt allow me to show them how to open it. Wouldn't trust them with an oil change if they can't even figure out how to open a hood.

They always keep it real and keep me updated when I get service done. In addition to that: They reimbursed me for damage done to my vehicle by a seperate walmart location and were super helpful during the whole complicated process. Huge shout out to Juliette, the manager with the gauges, and the gal with cool eyeliner and dyed hair

I will never buy tires at Walmart again. I paid extra for road hazard insurance, and after only 6 months, one tire had a sidewall blowout. I was glad I had paid extra for the insurance but the next morning when I took the tire to Walmart, I couldn’t believe they told me I had to order the tire online, pay full price and wait a week to have it installed and then wait to be reimbursed! At Discount Tire, they replaced a tire same day at no charge when I had the road hazard insurance. I'll be going back to them for all my tires for now on. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else because Walmart is too big to provide good service.

Everyone here was super helpful..we ran into a problem and they took responsibility and one of the people offered to personally reimburse me for their mess up.. Great integrity.

This is for the technician, can't really comment on the service staff. I went to change my tires as they're the wrong size. He was observant and noticed that the tires I wanted to change out are still in good condition and kept them for me to collect back later even though I did not specifically tell him to do so. Good job

I brought my car to have the oil changed and I had to tow it to a workshop because they couldn't change the oil and they also broke a hose in the engine cooling system. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

I came for my maintenance check appointment (oil change) and was pleased with how experienced and efficient the workers were. Bruce did my oil change, him and the Service Manager Alfredo did a wonderful job explaining me the condition and impact of my oil change filter.

I got an oil change here and when picking up my car, I noticed something off when driving it. It doesn’t feel the same. It’s not as smooth and when I turn the steering wheel- I hear a noise coming from the bottom of my car. Today, my car wouldn’t start when I got off work. My car just isn’t the same since getting an oil change here. My car was nice and smooth and completely healthy before coming here. I wouldn’t trust them again:

No line for an oil change, friendly staff, they got it done very quick (~20 mins). Their garage fit a mid roof Ford transit van (approx 101” tall)

Horrible Custer service! Had a 12pm appointment, when we get there the lady states o there is no appointments its 1st come 1st serve?? So why did I make an appointment??? They didn't even start my car till 1:30 and then took another hour and a half to put the tires on. They also broke 3 out of 4 of my tire caps did not bother to say anything and just threw the broken pieces in my car! What a joke. 3.5 hours to do tires.

Needed to get tires and an alignment on my little car. Walked in to ask about it and was met with super defensive force of sales associates. They asked me nothing about the car and basically said to just look online and make an appointment. I would have been okay to make the appointment but thought we could look at what they had in store first. The manager for that part then came up to me with his chest all puffed out walked at me like we were going fight. I was appalled! I asked if they could show me some tires and he threw his hands up, again like he wanted to fight, and said I had to look online first and set an appointment. I pointed out that they had no customers at that time but they wouldn't have it. The counter person was literally in their phone and the manager was just standing there talking to other associates. I apologized for ruining their "no work" time and left the store.

Staff was super friendly over the phone. Even better in person. Wait was decent. Came from another Walmart where the customer service was the complete opposite. Highly recommend la cholla walmart automotive. Haylee was amazing! Above and beyond for everyone that came in.

We were told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours to get the oil change done. Came back 2 hours later our car hadn’t moved and we were told there was a tire appointment and 2 cars ahead of us. If it was known there was a tire appointment and it would take a while they should have said something when we got there not when they said to come back.

When I bought my car in Walmart for tires replacement, our tires were not there. Walmart Center refunded our tires without giving us notice. THIS WAS TRRIBLE...F F F F I won't come back again

Worst tire place in town..had a 4pm appointment and they don't even bring car in till 5 then took 3 hours to change 4 tires..a 10 year old can do it in 45 mins.never using them again
