Cant make an appt cause they don't answer phone. Cant check to see if they have your tires, again they don't answer, and I tried all 3 stores! Then I tried the main store for a manager-you guessed it-no answer and I mean after 19 min!!!! Probably just as well as no one there speaks English anyway Never! Never again. No Walmart EVER!

Came at 5pm (they close at 7pm)waited for 5 mins finally I had to go up to the guy and ask him if I could get an oil change then he told be yeah that shouldn’t be an issue then the mechanics inside told me that they had to go on their lunch breaks still so they wouldn’t service my vehicle 👎🏼👎🏼 kept in mind 2 of the bays were empty and they were watching the Eagles Game 🤧 L business, they also joked that I had to come back bright and early

Bought 4 new good year tires and on a Saturday was done quick and $200 less than all other tire shops!! Props to Martin he's excellent

Had 2 tires installed. They installed the insides of the tires outside. They fixed the issue. After a test drive, the car shakes. Come back for a rebalancing, they were setting it up for oil change.

I had to visit the auto center on Sunday at 6 PM on August 6 because the battery in my fiancé‘s car was bad. Not only did they have by the battery in stock for our Mazda, but the young man behind the counter was phenomenally helpful! The tech that serviced my vehicle was amazing as well!! I saw him hustling around inside the whole time BEFORE I knew he was the one that was going to work on the car. Once the battery was purchased, he then took my keys, ran to the car and changed the battery in record time! One of the best parts about it - get it - best PARTS?!?! Was that the battery was less than HALF the price that it was at Advanced Auto AND it came with a two-year warranty!!! Take it from a “girl” that was pulled into the garage along with her brother. From beginning to end Customer Service at its best!!

The mechanics at Walmart Auto Care are very professional. We bought our tires there with a protection plan. I had a flat in one of the tires ones day. I had the car towed to Walmart. They diagnosed and replaced the tire same day. I got to hang out and shop in Walmart while I was waiting for my tire repair. 👍👍

If I could give zero stars I would Horrible service! I made an appointment for 11am to get two tires put on I called at 10:45 and advised I’d be no more than 5 minutes late. After arriving at 11:05 I explained I had to leave by 12:10 for work Service was estimated to be no longer then an hr. After I wait for an hr and 10 minutes they still have not even started on my car. Huge inconvenience as I am now late to work and I didn’t even get what I came for. Walmart auto center will not get another dime from me

During Hurricane Helene, this was 1 of the only WM auto centers open & I needed a battery replacement. Luiz answered the phone when I called, confirmed they were open, low wait time & battery in stock. I was very grateful for the quick service & the Everstart battery was the lowest price along w/ a 4 year warranty. Thanks a bunch!!!

I'm thankful they worked me in without an appointment but it took a couple of hours. So heads up, make an appointment or it's going to be a while. PS: You get notifications on your phone and you can see the general status of the repairs/maintenance being done. Like when the car was checked in, when service on the car started, and when it was ready and paid for. It's very informative in that way.

It seems like they are doing you a favor (but they will charge you for the favor later). Bring a chair (because some people sleep on the sofas while waiting)... and try not to schedule anything else on that day, I waited so long to change the oil in my car that 3 hours later I gave up. Never again. The air conditioning replacement machine is always broken. Run away.

Very busy, only one person working the desk and was verrryyy slowwww. Waited in line 45 minutes to hear that they are not accepting walk ins and no appointments are accepted. I'm so disappointed in this service.

Even though they've now let you make appointments, appointments are not kept they are always running behind plan on being here about 4 to 5 hours bring something to read.. when you're work is done make sure you check because three out of five times they will forgotten to have done something on the work order. Brought the car in for tires to be rotated and balanced. And because I had marked the tires in advance, I asked them if they had rotated them and balanced, And they forgot to rotate them and I had already been there three and a half hours. I have been dealing with this place for probably five or six years, I have come to expect their appointments never run on time, work will be skipped, and the better part of the day will be wasted so make sure you bring something to read and eat, and double check the work that was done exclamation point

Never coming back here !! left my vehicle for new 4 tires installation the associate in the front confirmed they had them available after 4 hours the manager calls to advice they dont have the tires to go pick up the vehicle?? Literally took them 4 hours, on my way there they call back and said they have only two tires like what the heck is going on in this store, however is managing that department need to be investigated by corporate for some sort of incompetence is literally insane how low their customer service skills.

Took my car there for a simple oil change. No prior reservation or appointment. It was mid afternoon. I dropped the car key and waited for about 45 mins (just about what I was told when I first spoke to the mechanic). The staff at the customer service seemed knowledgeable. He explained which type of oil change service I should be getting. Simple easy to read statement clarifies what job has been done to my car. It’s been two days. No leak. Seamless, affordable, perfect service. Will definitely come back again for oil change.

Tried calling here at least 10 times over an hour and no one answers the phone. Tried letting it ring for 15 min one time, and another time it just hung up after 2 min.

Came in with my Corolla and had a few issues when the tech Jose was working on changing the tires but Jose went above and beyond to work with me and resolve the problem. Great service from Jose, shout out to him!

El auto care es HORRIBLE servicio fatal , chequeen sus facturas antes de pagar por que te quieren robar en la cara abusan del tiempo de espera más de tres horas para cambiar una goma, servicio al cliente es aterrador. Tienen que mejorar

I came on a busy Friday, they said it would be a bit of a wait because 6 cars before me also needed their oil changed. It was good to get some grocery shopping done while waiting. It took only 1hr 15min from when I checked it in to paying for it. When returning to my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find it vacuumed and cleaned! The windshield was cleaned well also! I didn't ask for it nor did I pay extra, so I appreciate them going the extra mile to make happy and satisfied customers. I will be sure to keep bringing my business here and recommending this place to acquaintances.

I had a terrible day with all kinds of issues with my car I went late and showed up at this location and all the workers stayed late to help me out cuz they didn't want me to drive home with an unsafe car! Great guys, 8/1/24
