I went in for an oil change. My car does not have a dipstick. It does it manually through a computer they refused to do. they said they called they called me. I did not get a call. I was being very polite. The dark skin heavyset lady in the back was argumentative and rude. The dude was fine until my husband came up to see what was going on, I’m never getting my car done here again. PICAYUNE WALMART AUTO has NEVER failed me and is doing my car.

Close to my house, so I've been going there for years. Never an issue. Caught something in my tire the other night, brought it in. They told me it couldn't be patched or plugged, had to be replaced. OK, I've got be at work in 2 hours, just gotta get there. 90 minutes later, the tire was "replaced ". Running late, gotta go. Got to work just fine. Get out of work 7 hours later to find the same tire flat. Keep an air pump in the car, pumped it back up and got home. However, looking at the tire, it's the same one they couldn't patch or plug. What did I spend over $70 on???? See y'all later today with some questions.

Techs don't actually know what they are doing. 4 hrs and didn't properly install new tires, even switched pre-installed tire to save time. The new tire was among the pair I asked to keep

We had a side wall tire puncture while driving to take my son back to college. These guys found a tire the correct size and installed it immediately, getting us back on the road in about 15 minutes. Only gets faster at the Indy 500. Thanks so much for the great work.

Went in an hour before close with an issue and they were very accommodating and welcoming and got the issue fixed very quickly. One of the best experiences I've had at a Walmart Auto Care Center, highly recommend!

On the phone prior to me getting there I was told there were no vehicles ahead of me. Got there and they left my truck sitting in the automotive shop unserviced and went to lunch and told me it would be about about an hour and a 1/2 before they could get to me WOW

They were prompt with getting me checked in and were able to tell me what was wrong with my tire. Service is always prompt at this location.

We were limping along on a spare coming in just before they closed. The Friendly staff got us taken care of and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I've had nothing but positive experiences every time I come here.

Been to the auto center few times and I will not go back, they treat me a single mother like I should be a full on macanic, I'm not that's why I brought my car, one time I was just getting an engine light checked and I had to wait over 3 hours then they told me when I went to ask what was happening it was nothing they can fix, they never called my phone or paged me, I know they forgot I was there wasted part if my full day, won't be back there for any car issues

I've been getting oil changes at Walmart for years...This time, I was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it. The Man that checked me in was kind and professional...I actually left saying thank you several times. Will go back to this location every time!

My local Walmart tire center on Orlando, FL is so bad but these guys are AMAZING! I got a road side flat on a long cross country road trip and these guys get me right in and out very very fast. Extremely happy with my service.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe these all happened during a busy time. I went today (Friday at 12 pm) because my tire had a nail in it. They fixed it for $15 and were done in less than an hour. I've been here before to get new tires on and that didn't take long either. The people working were also very kind to me both times. I guess it depends what time you come. Anyways, the big take away is to buy the hazard assistance or whatever it's called because you never know when you're going to get a very long nail in your brand new tires.

They had my truck for 6 hours to change the oil and rotate tires. They were supposed to call me when it was ready and I never received a call. I called to find out about my truck and I was hung up on twice. I finally got to speak to someone who told me they only had 2 people working on a Sunday and he didn't have time to call me and my truck had been done for an hour. This was at the northshore location in slidell.
