Service is quick but customer service is trash. They open at 7am, I'm in line since 6:30 and at 7:25 I call them asking when they are gonna open. They responded "whenever we open these doors." Whenever we open these doors?!?! What is wrong with this company!?!?!

Went in for a new tire. They told me it'll be done in about 2 hrs and they'll text me. 4 hours later they still didn't text me, cause they forgot. Even tho I was sitting right in front of them. Also my spare tire was just thrown in my trunk . Poor service all around

So as far as tire installation on 2009 Colorado Z71 they had the last 4 Copper Tires I needed but they were out of TPMS rebuild kits so have to wait until they get in about a month. And false advertising on Copper Tires rebate for $120.00 that no one had any idea about and no it was not a online purchase only thing! So the way I figure they owe me money in a refund or a credit for that amount will contact store manager.

No stars if I could. Horrible customer Service at the auto center the employees stroll in at 7:15 without a care in the world that they’re late. They will NOT update you about your vehicle. And when you ask about your vehicle, the rude guy PETE will ask you what is the problem. Do not recommend this location.

Appointment is a must!! We arrived and due to no appointment we waited 3hrs. Yes 3hrs!! Next vehicle was scheduled and was in and out in under an hour.

It cannot be that I am once again struggling here and racing with time, we spend more than 2 hours here, even there are people who have their car waiting for more than 5 hours and do not give any explanation other than that they are serving people who make appointments which they don't tell you that until now they told us give preference to other people than yourself You have hours waiting here. and one asks, are they always upset, are they bad-tempered? That's also something we have to deal with. Terrible service, the staff is always in a bad mood, here they don't even serve you and the managers still treat you with racism and not even one as a customer takes it into account or respects you. Open some superior to put order in this Walmart? It's a lack of respect what people do here. I can't believe no one at this Walmart does anything about this. this is always, dealing with these people since last year I wasn't going to say anything but I'm tired of it. They have to know what kind of staff they have working, they don't have to cover them. Because one has to consume and pay, I don't ask for anything for free. employees don't have to treat you like that

Phones at the tire shop don't get answered 30 min prior to closing time. Even when you get the transfer operator they told me we'll I can transfer you but I don't know if they will answer because they are about to close. I'm like I just have a question.

The worse! Can take up 4 hours for your vehicle to be serviced. Recommend elsewhere & make an appointment instead of here.

Don’t bother coming here to get any service I was trying to get an oil change I was there at 6:30 am I couldn't get a straight answer from any employee including the managers at what time the auto center opened. the manager said either 7 or 8 depending at what time they bother showing up. Someone finally arrives at 7:30 and they tell me they can’t do a oil change because he’s the only one there and no one will get there until 11 will at 8:53 another employee is there and there doing a oil change for another customer.

So I went into the auto department thinking I had a 9 am appointment the lady was nice and said they don't give appointments for oil change I immediately wanted to speak to the Manager I was mind boogled because I spoke to someone the day before and set up a appointment I was talking to the young manager he kept looking away tryed to set me up to get a oil change I wanted to speak to another manager I just wasn't satisfied with our conversations and no eye contact when the other manager came she kept eye contact remained calm and asked me good questions like was I sure I had the right facility. I thought I was sure and was about to get upset . Then I called the number and I was at the wrong place. I apologized for being at the wrong place. The second Manager handled the situation very professionally Thank you so much for giving me options and really look at in that situation. Her name started with a T. So I give five stars for handling my slight frustration in a professional way . Once again I apologize. I am getting old and forgetful.If I had money to buy y'all tacos and a drink I would. But for now I humbly appreciate you . Stay amazing and calm 💪🙏💕

This auto care center is literally the worst. Staff arrives late which causes them to open hours late or not open at all depending on whether they even want to work. It has happened to me on several occasions when I go during business hours and the gates are closed with no staff, no note. On top of that, no one ever answers the phone.

Today I arrived before 7am which is the opening time. I was the second car for an oil change. They opened at 7:15 and when the associate male with a ponytail came to the door he said he wouldn't work on anyone's vehicle because he was the only one. He said we could wait but didn't know what time the other employees would show up. This is laziness in the biggest way. If the late employees have a smart phone then they have an alarm clock. No management around either. Ridiculous!!!!

Got an oil change and cleaned the fuel injector. Waited 10 mins shy of 4 hours! When I called, they said they couldn't give me a wait time. Another Walmart gave me a wait time, I don't understand why this location said they could not. Probably because if they did, I would have went to another location. Will definitely be going to another location for my next oil change.

Super quick service but it can be hard to get someone on the phone. Replaced all four tires with a warranty for just over $400, and the manager was very helpful.
