Bad customer service guy @ the tire center should get fired no help at all he can barely walk him self and offer no help & guys around don’t care nor get help to the customer I will never come back here again

Great experience! Truly a 5 star encounter! Went in for oil change. Was out in less than 30min for a great price! Customer service was excellent! Thank you Morgan! explained all options well…efficiently delivered service needed. Why go anywhere else??

I went to this Walmart Saturday morning, and store was clean, quick, efficient, product was available. I bought a series 78 battery for 69 bucks one year warranty. Came out to 78 total with exchange. Came home, and installed it, and God Bless my ,Van started on the first crank.

Sat in the tire lane for over an hour, the only vehicle here. Before they tried to tell me that they may not be able to get to me today. (They had over 2 hours till close). I keep watching them walking around, not actually doing anything. Lazy workers don't make money

Don't trust them. I bought a tire and they filled it up to 55 pounds. Didn't find out till I got home that night.

Good deal on tires but had to go elsewhere to get mounted service tech informed me she needs 40 to 45 minutes per tire to swap them and woud be four hours atleast before she would be able to get to my vehicle said thank you for your time but four hour and I am next in line took my tires two blocks down third in lineband was back on the road an hour and ten minutes later.

I went for an oil change they had me wait for like hr and half just to tell me they can't switch out my oil because they don't have my oil filter oh and wait they said they don't have my oil in stock so they had to pull it from the shelf and that cost me more. I said why should I have to pay more because you don't have it in stock. And your shelves are full of oil but I get to get charged more don't make sense. So I went to other store bought filter and had it changed at a lil shop for $25

Quick service. I was there had to go out of town on emergency and they gave me quick service oil change to travel. It was a young man. He was great!!

Tried cashing a check after calling store for an hour couldn't get anyone to pick up phone then I get there and customer service says they can't cash it and money service is closed and it's barely 6pm wasted my time coming here like always

Went early in the morning to get my vehicle serviced. There were only 2 other cars ahead of me in which were already being worked on. I began to ask a few questions when the worker there began to give an attitude as to not wanting to answer my questions nor wanting to service my vehicle. I chose to leave because what kind of customer service is that? I wouldn't trust a person acting that way with my car. 🤦‍♀️

I only go there for new tires and won't be going there anymore. I felt they took too long to put ONE new tire on (I was the only one in line at the time). I saw my car sit there with no tire for an hour. The only time they worked on my car was when I went up there, other than that no one was working on it. When they were finally finished an hour and a half later no one bothered to even CALL ME AND TELL ME THEY WERE DONE, they just parked my car in the back. I felt they would have just let it sit there if I had not gone up there. The first cashier I dealt with that sold me the tire was good and professional but the rest....

Walmart is a rip off my car calls for five quarts they charge me for six quarts 2012 Camaro v-6 go figure.
