I’m so upset right now i go to this Walmart time to time and i don’t ever want go to auto care Service anymore ! I had went there for a tire repair so the guy there told me to wait and he will give me a call i was looking around Walmart waiting i came back to tell him why was it taking long and he said he called me 3 times so he lied in my face and canceled my service And another time i had my truck service he lost the oil cap they had me waiting literly 2 hours so wrong they need to get it together

1 hour wait to swap a tire even with appointment. I couldve went in and done it myself in 10 minutes they need someone to manage the kids working they seem to be focused more on chatting with each other.

DO NOT get a tire change or installation at this location. I had an appt schedule for 6/22 @ 8am to install 4 new tires. I got there early and was told that they had double booked appointments at 7am it would be a wait. Cashier didn't specify how long and what the situation was only said it would be a wait. I was fine with that, thinking it would push them an hour behind since it Walmart and could burn time there. I got a notification that my vehicle was in service at 9:05am. Time passed, and I still didn't get any notification that my vehicle was ready. It was 1130am, when I asked if my vehicle was ready. Cashier went to get an update and came back and told me that they still had to install 2 tires. I waited an extra hour for my vehicle to be ready. I asked a mechanic how long does a tire instillation would take, and he said typically an hour, depending. I then spoke with the service manager. Manager apologize stated she had just gotten there and would have been on top of it if she was there. All she did was offer $20 gift card for the inconvenience. I WAITED ABOUT 4 HOURS (about$5 an hr for my time). 2 days later, my tire light goes on. All the tires are aired above the recommended pressure. 3 of the tire psi was 45 and one 40 reason why the light went on. 3 days later, the tire cover is missing screws so it fell and started dragging. Had to call road side assist. A similar situation happened to another customer while I was waiting. I believe the mechanic that was scheduled at 6 am didn't want to do a 3rd tire installation and waited for another tech that came in 1130am to service my vehicle. Which would make sense if my vehicle was serviced at 1130am and it takes about an hour to install would put the time at 1230. Also, I was missing a tire cap, but now all are missing. I had an oil change at another location before I never had a problem. It was the worst experience ever with this auto service, and I will not be returning back to this location.

Didn’t do a tire balance after I specifically requested one. Slow service and inattentive employees.

I always get my truck oil changed here and use their high Milage oil.

Was here for almost three hours for two front tires to be replaced. I came here when it opened, 2nd person in line. And they even almost changed the wrong tires. Don't come, unless you live sitting in Walmart. *from working there long ago, I remember them telling me none of them are really certified techs. Just labeled there for show

Got me and and out quick for tire balancing the guys with the tattoos were really nice and friendly. I will only go here from now on for all walmart auto care.

Never take your car to this place. They messed up the first time putting oil change, oil was leaking & it wasn't tight enough & 2nd time my car started smelling like oil for 2 weeks after driving it. Turns out they never put back the oil deep stick back and now my whole engine is covered with oil. Bad service and worse mechanics!!

A little slow took 2 hours for a oil change in a smart for 2 car

I came here for the first and last time recently. I requested an oil change and received a text saying it was done around 20 minutes after I dropped of my car. I went to pick it up and a worker said it was not ready and the text was wrong. I left and came back around 30 minutes later and a different worker said it was not ready. I waited by the window looking at cars come in and out and after I noticed I had been waiting for 2 hours I became frustrated and walked outside. My car had been parked on the other side of the building. I told the workers and they found my paperwork. Turns out my car had been ready 2 + hours ago when I received the text, they just misplaced the paperwork.

I've been to this auto center a few times now and its a good experience. I leave my car here and go elsewhere in the meantime that's why the wait is not an inconvenience for me. I so find that their prices are lower than other places.

The guys who work in the shop are lazy and dishonest. Three separate times this year I had to go back to put the proper tire pressure in. They must also be stupid because my car has a digital readout of each tire’s pressure (which I think is obvious with my newer car), and I catch them in a lie each time. They also don’t even check your washer fluid yet write down that they do. They also lied about telling me I had a bent rim and that the tires couldn’t be properly balanced. I went to a local garage and had them balanced and rotated within 20min. What’s worse is that I spent $ on lifetime balance and rotation for the tires I bought with them. I gave them several chances but I’m done with them and will drive the extra distance to find a better location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The pit crew kinda needs more experience, not sure but have your vehicle checked before and after..6 months prior did ok today...11.17.22. Checked out before oil changed early..little messy on top needed to wipe of excess
