Really bad costumer services they did the oil change in my vehicle but then they couldn’t fix a flat cause supposedly it’s a comercial vehicle but I got the tires install by them and they just did the oil Change too so it doesn’t make sense and then when they assume to fix the flat they said they can cause supposedly the tire machine broke but they still servicing diferente cars

Told it would take 40 minutes, took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change…..ridiculous. Never coming back here.

Absolutely worst place to get tires. Never get tires from Walmart especially this location 88538 Interstate Hwy 35 S, San Antonio, TX 78211. Purchased a set of 4 new Contential tires. Had to have 2 of the tires rebalanced 3 times in the first week of ownership. 3rd time they finally got it right. Then when it came to warranty a tire beciase of a sidewall puncture despite asking all the questions on the phone. When I arrived what I was told on the phone is not what the service rep did in store. Becuase the tires I have are not in stock i had to order them and pay out of pocket and was told they would be canceled and I would be refunded and then they can do my warranty. I very clearly asked will I be charged for tread wear on the phone and I was told as long as they are green om there tread checker they will be no additional cost other than mounting, Balance and warranty if I wanted it on the new tire. We'll now they are telling it's based on tread wear in the store. No consistency here at this location told 1 thing on the phone and another in person Canceled my appointment, and now it's like jumping through hoops to get my order canceled and refunded. I'll never ever get tire services here. Beware go somewhere else like discount tire

RUDE EMPLOYEE!! Ali was our cashier at Auto Center. Very rude and even raised her voice!!, we attempted a return of a defective battery that had bought just 3 days ago and form of payment was cash, to our surprise we were not able to return and get the refund in cash!! Supposedly per manager “The system ask for EBT, gift card, debit or credit card only!!” This is so ridiculous!! In no receipt said any return information…Never again I will buy from Walmart auto center

Completely HORRIBLE customer service. I came in with a heavy battery and saw a line, so I just put the battery on the counter and waited for the line to die down. It never did, so I finally told her I've been waiting, if she doesn't mind seeing me next. She said "I have a line" very rudely. It didn't matter that I had been standing there for 15 minutes. It just felt unwelcoming. This made me wish I didn't buy my battery at this place.

I've been waiting here for 2 1/2 hours for a synthetic oil change on my truck. After waiting this long, I look at the paperwork and they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. The technician is draining the oil and putting the oil I requested when I first got here. This is Wal-Mart service for you.

The workers open 20min late and then take two hours for a damn tire patch… could’ve been done in 5min at any local tire shop, but that would void the warranty and you can’t get a tire replacement if you needed one.

They way over charge just to mount and balance a tire. Wanted $31 when I can go about 5 miles down the road and get it done for $15 at a tire shop.

Great customer service, job was done right and in a timely manner. Also, the lady sup/manager went above and beyond helping me and my mother a few years back when she had a medical issue there.

I went to a mechanic because my car has been turning off suddenly and he said my battery (which I bought from Walmart) was faulty. Sure it charges my car but still causes my car to turn off. My battery is still under warranty and should have been replaced but since these Walmart employees only did the bare minimum in checking the output(battery charges my car fine for about 95% of the time), they didn't help me. One tall guy was so unfriendly I don't recommend this place at all.

It's decent but I hate that at self check out the older white lady stands right over you to make sure you aren't stealing which I find rude because they can see it on the handhelds. Plus the auto center busted my head light.... So unless I really need to go to this Walmart I kind of just steer clear

Love coming here for fast, good tasting Mexican food. Everyone is so friendly and they have fun events like karaoke and live music. Very festive and spacious seating having been recently remodeled. Definitely a fave
