Very bad. I went today to get my first oil change, I walked to a nearby cafe to wait... they kept me waiting for 3 and a half hours, when I went because it was too long they told me they didn't have my filter and they found out as soon as I left. They didn't send a text, a call, nothing at all, if I don't go I don't know anything. I highly recommend Valvoline oil change, I went there and in 12 minutes it was ready, in addition to how friendly they are.

Obviously time efficiency is an issue at this location . Manage your time better. I waited over 2 hrs for a simple battery change that takes 15-30 min at most.. Having a few technicians dedicated to different auto services may help with time management. Other auto services should be able to schedule appointments if you’re going to make your customers wait an extended amt of time . I asked if I can schedule an appointment and was told appointment scheduling is just for tire services.

Took my 2020 VW Atlas for a battery replacement, they did my check in, took my keys, and told me it was going to be 2hrs. I was fine with it, it needed to be done. Everything was going smooth untillll I received a call and hour and a half after from a Walmart number, I was thinking oh yesss it’s ready and PUM, bombs drop, they said that Walmart does not put batteries on Volkswagen… gtfo… ineptitude at its best.

I arrived at Walmart Auto Shop at 2:18 PM for a simple tire repair, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into an absolute nightmare. It took nearly **three hours** for them to complete the repair on a single tire, and that’s only where the frustration began. When I came to pick up my car at 5:14 PM, they **couldn't even find my car keys**. The staff fumbled around with no urgency, leaving me standing there as they scrambled to locate what should have been a basic part of the process. It wasn’t until 6:45 PM—**15 minutes before closing**—that I was finally handed my keys and a receipt, after hours of being strung along. This entire experience was the epitome of **piss-poor performance**, showcasing a complete lack of training, attention to detail, and respect for customers' time. It’s clear that the team here is ill-prepared to handle even the simplest tasks. If you value your time, energy, and sanity, I highly recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else.

I would not come here for a quick oil change. 3 cars in front of me, it took them 3 hours to get my car done. The real problem is that they only used 1 of the 2 oil change bays, so they were working @ 50% capacity knowing they had a people waiting.

Horrible experience with this location. It was the first time using Walmart auto center. Tires were on sale and I’m a Walmart plus member so figured why not. Bought tires online and made an appointment for 2pm on a Friday (estimated wait was 1hr). A young guy named Travis checked me in with little communication, he looked stones honestly. It wasn’t until 2:30 that Dennis started working on my tires, even with an appointment scheduled. I went in to replace my front tires that were 5 yrs old. My back tires were only a year old at the time. In normal tire replacement, you put the new tires on the back and rotate the older ones to the front. This didn’t happen. Dennis replaced my 1yr old tires with the new tires bought and didn’t rotate. This appointment took an hour and 40 minutes and by the time they were done, I was late for work. I looked at the tires, saw the new ones and didn’t look at the front because I was in a rush. Shame on me for not double checking what “experts” should have done. Saturday comes and I’m looking at the tires and I’m thinking they didn’t rotate, Sunday (Mother’s Day)I check the invoice and nothing on there says they rotated my tires. Monday morning I get in my car and the check air pressure comes on and I know for a fact now that they weren’t rotated. I call and spoke with a James I think. Told him the story, had him double check the invoice and his exact words are “oh this is bad”. Yup. He says he’ll get his supervisor on the phone. Wait 10 minutes for him to tell me he can’t find her and she’ll give me a call back. Nothing. Tuesday I call and the department just rings every time I call, no one answers. Wednesday I call again around 10am and the person says the same female supervisor was suppose to be in at 9am but hasn’t shown up yet but she’ll give me a call. Still nothing. Thursday comes and I tell them I’ll wait for her. She gets on the phone, I tell her my tires weren’t rotated and she says they still have my old tires and to come back. My husband ends up going up there just for the female supervisor (Adriana or something with an A) that she doesn’t have the tires… so why say you do? Some other male supervisor looks at the tread and tells my husband that the front tires (the ones that should have been tossed) are fine. That’s not a solution to the problem, I came in to get those replaced. The female supervisor told my husband she’ll have to check the cameras to see what Dennis did and see if he even rotated them? Both supervisors go into a closet and disappear. My husband ends up speaking to the store manager and she tells him there’s NOT EVEN CAMERAS IN THE AUTO CENTER, so they’re just hiding to avoid the situation. The store manager said she’d speak to the actual auto center manager when they got back from vacation but yet again, nothing has come out of this. The supervisors there are inadequate to do their job. I ended up spending another $500 on tires at discount tire because they always do a great job. So shame on me trying to save a buck with Walmart. I’ll never use their auto services again.

I can honestly say I’ve never seen people move more slowly in my entire life. It took 15 minutes to explain to the associate I needed a valve stem replaced on a loose wheel and tire. I waited 30 minutes, in which time the 6 techs on duty completed ONE oil change, before I took my tire and wheel some place else. It’s been about 10 years since I went to a Walmart auto center for any work and now I remember why.

An oil change and tire rotation was promised 1.45 to 2 hours and it has been 2.45. Just for tire rotation it's been sitting for 45 mins with 2 mechanics in the shop. They are intentionally slow. Raise your prices but this poor service has to end. Left store came back after service started an hour and 40 mins ago per the tracker but still not ready.

Incompetent. Stay away. Came in for a battery replacement only for waiting over two hours and they didn’t have the correct battery! Zero communication whatsoever. Couldn’t even get a jumpstart because they lost their cables!!! Unbelievable.

2 hours for a flat tire repair. I had a small hole. After an hour of waiting I asked for a time estimate. They told me I was next and it took another hour. Cashier is older, rude, and doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. I won’t be coming back. Don’t recommend.

Dropped my car off for new tires at 9am, they said it would be done by 4pm. At 11:45am I got a call saying they were having trouble scanning my vin number, so I read it to them over the phone. 5 HOURS later I got a call saying they still couldn’t get it scanned so they couldn’t change my tires. Absolutely unprofessional, I could have had time to take my car elsewhere for new tires but they wasted 5 hours and now every other tire shop in the area is closed. I will never come here again.

Ezequiel R is a frustrated and lazy worker, I was watching through the window as he neglected balancing my tires. Even though I took a video of this occurring, he still lied to my face and then slammed my keys like an idiot onto the table like a child. Bad management is to blame if workers having this kind of behavior. I will not go back to this Walmart again for any tire service anymore.

I tried to get my tire fixed on Saturday at 4:30 they said they couldn’t do it until Sunday. I came back on Sunday around 10 AM and asked to have my tire repaired or if not able to fix then to replace tires. 5 hours later I had not heard from them so I went to the front desk and they told me nothing had been done because I needed a new tire. I told the guy who took my vehicle in to replace the tire. Yet no one called or did anything with my car. I had to wait an additional 2 hours at the store because the guys that receive your car make no notes about anything. I even had to go find my car in the parking lot and take a pic of the tire myself because they didn’t know what type of tire I had. Never experienced such low level of service. I can see why this location has such poor ratings. I unfortunately had to get this fixed now if not I would have definitely gone somewhere else.

I went there for an oil change because they have great deals on synthetic, but the line was too long. I also needed tires, but they don't have my size in stock, and they wanted me to order online and have them shipped to the store. I found a place that had a better deal on better tires and had the same price for synthetic oil, so I guess I found a new place.

Not coming here anymore. I've had a few minor issues before but always came back for the cheaper prices. Got my oil changed today (they also check fluids and air tires at the same time). On my way home my tire pressure sensor went off. Thought it was a nail. I checked the tire pressure when I got home and found that they had over inflated my tires on the left side by 15lbs. On the checkout form they gave me it showed them all at 33lbs. Now I don't trust any of that check list. Did they really change the filter? Did they even use the right oil? I'm going to one of the places where you sit in the car while they do it. I'd rather pay $30 more to make sure the job gets done right.

Trash service and communication. Waited about 2 hours before learning they cancelled the appointment without any explanation. I open the hood to find my oil cap left open and stuff spilled out. No one could even answer my questions or apologize. Completely unprofessional and discourteous. 👎
