Nobody attended me when I showed up. I was about to buy a whole set of tires but I decided to give a local tire & muffler shop a chance instead.

Got here at 7am right when they opened to get my tire fixed and put back on, still here at 7:30 waiting because they said that they’re waiting on the other workers but had seen me walking around looking for help and chose to say nothing. They are currently standing there talking to eachother while me and another person are waiting for help

Service is kind of slow. I got 4 tires installed and the truck started shaking badly . I checked the tires and I notice an excessive amount of weights on 2 of the tires. About 12 on each tire

I went in for a headlight repair, expecting a quick fix, but these guys exceeded my expectations. They didn’t just make it look brand new, they went above and beyond with their attention to detail. You can count on them to deliver, no matter what. They won’t let you down.

The worst service ever , they always short in mechanic and they never have time to do anything it’s horrible , never i recommend this

I purchased tires and setup the installation appointment online which is super convenient. I arrived a few minutes early with 1 person at the counter, however, Ray was off the clock already. Another customer came in and another technician, Landon, whom was also off the clock stepped up to ensure we were taken care of. I appreciate both of yall. Keep up the great work! Both Ray and Landon should not have been working off the clock. Walmart get more staff so your employees do not have to work off the clock!!!

Customer service was good but the mechanics are extremely slow . It took over 3 hours to change a 2 tires. Very frustrating that I had an appointment and they wasted all my morning don't take your car here unless you have all all morning or afternoon to watch them stand around and take their time doing slow work.

Had an appt set for 11 on a Friday, and was waiting for an hour when I asked how much longer it would be - since nothing had been done and they were still dealing with the vehicle that was there ahead of me. They then advised that the wheel lock was not in the vehicle. I saw the tech looking at about 11:10 when they pulled the vehicle back. They never advised he could't find it. I assumed it was back there as he stopped looking and went to complete other vehicle. The wheel lock was unfortunately left with my mechanic the day before when I got my brakes done.. HOWEVER the tech at Walmart should have advised they couldn't find the wheel lock when he initially realized it was not in the spot I advised. The young man at the register advised I could come back first thing in the morning at 7. I was not pleased as they had wasted an hour of my day, when I could have left and rescheduled for another day. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Carlos who advised yes they should have advised earlier rather than me waiting for nothing. He then advised for me to come back the next day and he would have someone available between 9-10 for my installation, and he would give me the road warranty and rotation add ons for half off. So I went back the next day and was there at 9, come to find no one new of anything he had advised and I would have to wait for the 2 cars ahead of me. Carlos was not in nor could the manager on duty get ahold of him when he called. So yes I didn't have my wheel lock, however they should have advised me once this was noticed instead of wasting my time. Carlos cannot be trusted to keep his word, nor did the other manger try to rectify the situation. Horrible experience and returned the tires purchases to go with another company for tires.

Honestly ridiculous. It’s like they don’t know anything. I have had better help at de Zavala location. The short lady with glasses at front had a little attitude and looked like she was lost or knew anything. No knowledge of anything as I waited 2.5 hours for a tire repair that couldn’t be done which was understandable that part. But so unorganized

I will never be visiting this Auto Center again😅. If you guys didn't want to help me in the first place y'all should just say that and send people somewhere else instead of wasting their time. I literally just went in for a battery swap and you guys put several other people before me when I went in before them. It takes 5-10 minutes to do a battery swap.

Please be aware of which oil service you purchase and what it consist of. When you receive your paperwork after you pay read it and try to make sure it was done. The service tech will lie and say the completed it or will type in that YOU declined it. I provide my own oil filter. After the pil change i noticed the old oil filter was still in place. They lied trying to tell me they used 1 of thier filters. I told them Walmart doesn't carry my oil filter that's why i bring my own. The tech just looked at me. The tech also wrote the paperwork under Replace Oil Filter that i DECLINED it. Always check that they tightened your dip stick and oil cap. Make sure they replaced your oil filter. That is the 1 thing they will not do if you let them get away with it. I always check my car after any service. Walmart is always cutting corners. This is the 3rd time they skipped a major part of the service that I am paying for. I took it 3 times because 3 different techs were performing the service. All 3 failed. Go somewhere else before they cause major damage to your car. Walmart clearly allows for short cuts.

The manager Xavier is awesome! I came in late and close to closing time with a flat tire and he stayed and so did his team to take care of my tire. Great customer service. Appreciate the service and will return soon to change the rest of my tires.

They used to take walk ins for oil changes , got there and was told you need appointment. But other Walmart auto centers don’t and found that inconvenient.

Waiting 15 mins, while they just talking in the third bay and did not help me to check in for an oil change. It was a sign to go somewhere else… shake my hand walmart!!!

Was trying to get my tire patched. Was told my groceries would be fine and it would just take a couple minutes. An hour later and I have to walk around the store to find someone and ask about my car. Come to find out they never patched it and just put it to the side. No one let me know and then I had to replace my groceries. Glad the mechanics all got to sit on the hood of their car and take pictures though. Looked like a lot of fun. Maybe next time, they’ll take a break from picture taking and let the customer know they won’t be repairing their car. And now somehow my battery is having problems. Wondering what they did to my car since they never fixed what they were supposed to

Always disappointed. Technicians stand around. The center closes early. Oil changes take 2 hours even when there’s only two vehicles ahead of you. And they only use one bay, limiting how many vehicles can be worked on at one time.

The only reason I upgraded my initial one-star review is that they did not charge me for the mess up they caused. I showed up for a tire appointment, and instead of informing me of issues with my tire sensor monitor, they sent me the only way and told me the light would go off eventually. After speaking with the customer service representative, she informed me the sensor was broken and needed to be replaced, and I would need to schedule another service appointment. I was distraught by this information since it was not conveyed during my initial appointment--it could have saved me both time and money.

Very frustrating that I had an appointment and they wasted my afternoon don't take your car here unless you have all afternoon to watch them stand around and take their time doing slow work. Look very lazy and incompetent.

I gave them a one start which in my opinion is more than they deserve. They do not have the tools for checking batteries and will not accept outside testing results which clearly are the same as theirs. I just think that they don’t want to honor the warranty on products and give fee replacements. I hope others have better customer service than what I experienced.

Mediocre experience. If you can get a deal like I did ($280 for a set of 4 Goodyears tires) then it's worth it. Otherwise if tires are regular price make sure you have something to keep you (and in my case my kids) entertained because it took nearly 3 hours to change 4 tires. I made an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and they didn't even start until 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Discount Tire or Le Schwab's is a significantly better experience for the same money normally. However their tire sale for Black Friday is hard to beat at the price.
