I drove all the way over here because I wanted to get my engine air filter replaced and my Walmart on Iron Bridge or Hopkins does not have an auto service center. It says online that they don't close until 7 PM. It's 3:30 PM. They told me they didn't have technicians to do it today...

They are just professional, dedicated, kind and open. I have been in twice for repairs, battery and wiper, they did the job quickly and accurately.

8/25/2024 Fast Service but based on Oil Stickers and Receipts WRONG OIL Put in BOTH CARS. ASK for VALVOLINE in BOTH Received Pennzoil Instead I heard the Cashier/Rep Tell her Co- Workers VALVOLINE for BOTH CARS. This REVIEW is Written because I Called 3 Times on 8/27/2024 to Inquire about this but No One Answered.*LESSON LEARNED READ RECEIPTS and STICKERS before LEAVING Don't ASSUME ANYTHING* WALMART AUTO STORE Don't Be In A HURRY TO CLOSE EARLY If WORK QUALITY Is AFFECTED BOTH CARS Had SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.

I came in with a simple flat tire. It took 45 minutes of me aimlessly wandering their store without any updates (their text notification system is hot garbage) before I had to ask what the status was, as I was trying to drive my family to the beach for vacation. 15 minutes AFTER I asked, they came back and said they broke my wheel lock and not only could they not fix my flat tire, I needed to buy myself a new wheel lock. They said I'd have to figure it out. Worst. Walmart. Ever. UPDATE: It's over 2 weeks later and I'm still receiving texts from the Walmart Auto Care Center telling me that my vehicle service has started and that my vehicle is ready. Morons, I took my car back weeks ago. How disorganized and unaware are your people that you're still sending me updates???

Had to make an appt., after being told I didn't need one. Got to my appt on time, and they started 30 mins later than my appt. Walmart, I'm not understand your inconsistencies. It's off-putting and a tad disconcerting.

Employees (Felix and Rachell) continually misgendered me and refused to complete order claiming they needed my ID when there was no indication of required ID for pickup order.

3rd time I’ve been here within scheduled hours per the site and they have either been closed or Try’n me away saying they are already closed. Someone needs to update the site or have a sign somewhere stating “new” hours. They used to be good. Dunno now since I can’t seem to get serviced. Other reviews state the same. You’d think someone would take a hint.

Always great, fast and helpful customer service. Bought new tires and had a flat on 95S. Brought the tire in to be replaced and it was done within 45 minutes. Only problem was my not purchasing the road hazard warranty. The tire would have cost me nothing. Lesson learned. Thank you to the mechanic who was so helpful ✨️

Did not do everything on their checklist, but said that they did. Realized it after I got home and looked at it closer. Did not appreciate that, and I paid for the high mileage service, which means you're supposed to get a little bit extra than just standard service. Did not appreciate that AT ALL!!!

I came in with a tire that kept losing air. They worked quickly to find the tire and found a nail that was a bit hidden. Customer service was great and they were very careful with my car and my keys. Will definitely be back!

When I went it to this Walmart the other day (9/14/23), it had changed quite a bit as far as the staff & their helpfulness. At the front of the self check-out, I asked, "Where are the tires?" The person looked confused so I asked, "Where is the auto section?" He said, "Go to customer service," & pointed to the front. He seemed annoyed. Instead I looked around for the auto section. A man there was on his smart phone when I asked if they sold or ordered tires there. He could barely answer & kept looking at his phone. The non-verbal message was: "GO AWAY!" This store has really gone downhill in a short period of time.

Excellent service. Fast friendly associates. Cashier Rachell was very friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend you go here for all your car care needs. The service desk associates on 12-31-22 was very rude and took their time before waiting on us. Service desk gave very Poor service.

I've had a good experience here before but just walked in at 2:40 and was told they were closed for the day. I asked if that was every day and she said yes, 7:30 - 3. OK, so 1) it is 20 minutes before 3. 2) hours listed as being open until 6.
