Scheduled a 9:30am appointment and got there on time. Waited over 30 mins before I was able to talk to somebody at the auto center to check in. They were short staff only 3 people working including the lady at the register who also checks people in. I was told they ran out of oil for a 2010 Honda accord at 10:00am. Staff were yelling at each other and don't want to be there. I am sure Walmart is a terrible place to work. If they can't find enough people willing to work there then they need to just shut down the auto center instead of wasting people's time setting an appointment, driving there and waiting. I don't know what I was thinking going to a Walmart auto center anyway. I don't even like shopping at Walmart. Went to Wallace Automotive paid slightly more but feel safer knowing everything is done right.

I ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment for installation. After waiting for an hour and a half, my husband and I went to the tire service customer service desk to inquire about the status of my vehicle. First of all, the line was long and there was only one person working. When I got to the register, the representative ignored me and my husband (we had been standing there for over 15 minutes) and walked away to chat and joke with the staff in the service bay. I waited over 10 minutes for her to return. At this point, my husband had to find a manager to address the situation. The manager came over and had to call the representative back inside to the register! When the representative returned, she argued with me, falsely claiming that I had never come to the register, which was a lie, and then continued to argue with me and my husband. Completely unprofessional! I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer care. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? On the bright side, I am pleased with my new tires and the professionalism of the service technicians; however, due to the rudeness of the lady at the customer service desk, I will not be returning to this store. It’s a shame how one bad apple can spoil the whole bushel!

Went there for 09:30AM appointment and after less than 30 minutes got a text that it's done. Talked to the guy on the front desk and told me it's not yet done. Knowing that I'll got a notification whenever my car is finished I just wait. But it took 2.5 HOURS! I asked the guy again if my car is done it turn out it's been sitting there for a long time and finished already. They even got other else's name to my car, charged me $100 instead of $59 and took another 20 minutes just to correct and figure out all their mistakes. This is not my first time going to Walmart for an oil change and definitely not gonna come back to this location.

Went to get a oil change left 20min later engine running hot check oil level stick was dry so I looked in engine oil and. That was dry too when I went back up there they say we'll you had a oil leak they wrote it in the notes. My thing is if I had a oil leak why not tell me and why you still change it

I wanted to buy a tire and the guy said it was a 2 hour wait, to park on the side of the building. 😒 It wasn't even any cars in line yet. 👎👎

Completely zero customer service experience. And remember, if you ever want to get something repaired, be the first; otherwise, they may blatantly say we can't take anymore or closed.

They broken my tpms on two tires,Toyota charge 500$ for tpms ,the only one thing they do right is they pay for bill ,how they can be unprofessional like that.
